The worst support on the planet!!! My shop disappeared with active customers and I’ve emailed meta over 15 times with each rep not having a single clue on how to fix the situation. This started when they implemented the new update and now we all have the same complain but don’t waste your time contact meta corporate as these meta support “contractors” barely speak English or understand how to fix the situation! They act like they have no clue what’s wrong or what’s going on with the site and make it seem like it’s something you did wrong when clearly based off all these new reviews it’s not just me or any of the other people who left a review, we all have the exact same issues, just know it’s the meta support people that’s the problem and they do not know how to fix the situation, since Oct 2022 I’m still without a shop and I lost all my customers and months of my time! The meta contractors who answer these emails never do their job or don’t know how to speak English, and they just disappear after the first email explaining to them what’s wrong cause they have absolutely no clue on how to respond, fix the situation or they just do not UNDERSTAND ENGLISH ALL TOGETHER!!! I’ve asked for a manager and never get one! I have over 15 emails and two months later and I’m still sitting here with all my shops shut down, my personal fb pages disabled and my pixel no longer working on my Shopify site. I now have chargebacks on my store as my shop where I’ve been selling for the last two years that had active customers and orders literally disappeared in the middle of the night back in November and when I explain this to meta contractors cause that’s what they are and who responds back, they act like it’s you and something you did wrong when clearly it’s not just me based off of all the reviews I’ve just read!!!!! Meta than tells me I’m no longer the admin of my store and I need to be added but who disconnected me from my store? I’m the only owner? So explain that? Everything was connected perfectly and I’ve never advertised but since the new update all my stores are gone, I can’t even add me to my own Facebook account cause I’m now restricted from advertising and when that happens you can not add or manage anything on Facebook so how am I to add me back to the business than? Who removed me? Where is my store? My customers had already paid me and I can’t even ship them products since all the stores are gone!!! Meta try’s to tell me that I do not get paid till after I ship a product which is untrue if you are paid through Shopify only which I am so I get my money on my debit card within 24 hours weather I ship or not!!!! Meta has no clue how things work! After 15 emails and countless screen shots they are now asking me for a video as they do not understand English or understand what I’ve explain in my really long and detailed emails Ive sent to each support person! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE SUPPORT PEOPLE, they have not fixed one account yet since the update!!!! CONTACT CORPORATE IN WRITING LIKE I DID AND SEND OVER ALL THE RESPONSES META SENDS TO YOU TO SHOW THE PROOF THAT META CONTRACTORS HAVE NO CLUE, don’t speak an ounce of ENGLISH NOR UNDERSTAND English! All my personal fb pages are now disabled and blocked from advertising and the meta people tell me to make myself the admin which I never removed than meta asked me to give them permission to go into my accounts and fix everything which I gave them twice and all they did was connect the wrong shops to the wrong websites and made things so bad now I lost so much money I’m thinking about court action! I’ve asked for months for a manager, for my issues to be escalated to someone who can help and they meta people either do not respond and disappear so I have to keep creating new tickets in hoping to get someone who can fix the situation but based off of all the new recent reviews I’ve just read, this tells me they still have no clue on how to fix this issue!!!! Thanks for nothing “porsha” Candace, John, mealy, Joanne, William, Steve and this is just a few of the people contracted from meta who wasted weeks of my time or just plain old disappeared!!!

I wouldn't use FB as I was setting it up and 3 months later FB reject my shop due to a policy violation. Now I sell handmade silver jewellery so I don't know what policy I violated as the Customer service with FB is appalling ie no email or phone number to contact and you only have three try's to dispute before they lock your whole account so I would stay away from using them.

I had to set up again the Facebook & Instagram Sales channels after a hack to our Business Page. It is SO MUCH COMPLICATED now that you never know what might go wrong. After a month we managed to set up the Facebook Channel, but Instagram keeps returning an error message each time we try to reconnect it. We have tried all possible solutions. The help team insists that the problem is not theirs but from the side of Shopify. Shopify in return suggest to contact Meta for a solution. Absolute mess, unfortunately! UPDATE: Meta Support Team says that there are more than one Shopify accounts of ours and that fact that causes the problem. We never had a second Shopify account! They also said we should resolve the problem with Shopify. Shopify insists that the problem is within Meta. The problem goes on and on without hope.

this app ruins the business and wast our time and energy. We can not link and sell on Instagram. It works with Facebook only. It says our shop meets all requirments. there are 3 bugs. 1. Verify your domain We need to verify that you own the domain that you entered in your account. We'll walk you through the steps needed for verification, or you can submit a different domain for review Appeal unsuccessful Your review was unsuccessful. domain could not be connected to your shop. -> it is perfectly connected!! how can we set up our store without connecting it to shopify!!! Please think twice before you speak. 2. This website is not approved Product unavailable on your website To use this website, your products must be sold on the website connected to your account. -> they are pretty much 100% sold very clearly and surely. 4 year old boy can even see it. who does even ask for it withtou selling products!! 3. Your account has been rejected for a shop on Instagram After reviewing your submitted domain, we found that it doesn't comply with our Commerce Eligibility Requirements. If you think there’s been a mistake, you can request another review. -> Like I said there is no problem to sell on Facebook. It says account quality is good. we have asked to review over and over. no improvement. is there any workers?

I sell natural products and makeup, and I don't have any problem with google list, But I got restricted to my business account on Facebook, and I can't use any marketing campaign now, I sent a letter to Meta to know what is the violation I did? , and they keep saying please look to our violation list to know better, completly it's like a reboot answer, I use Facebook since 2009, and I do marketing campaigns since 2010, with 13 pages, I lost all these assets because of this app . DONT USE THIS APP

Unable to create Facebbok and Instagram shops in the Commerce Manager and link them to my Shopify account only because my business is located in Ukraine! When other companies try their best to support people in Ukraine in their fight for freedom, Meta doesn't allow businesses from Ukraine to create Facebook or Instagram shops in their Commerce Manager and link their Shopify accounts using this app! That is such a shame!

The updates have made the integrations almost impossible to use without a specialized degree. Then, if you want help, good luck navigating their support system. You'll wait days to get a response, if ever. They're missing out on a lot of ad revenue simply because they've made their processes impossible for the normal user to comprehend.

doesn't work. can't sync products from Shopify with meta. help pages on both platforms just don's exist or give errors. e-mail links do not get send. It's all a big fat mess and there is no customer service that seems to be active. Have wasted a lot of valuable hours on this

I'm having problems since yesterday to configure the pixel in the Virtual Store -> Preferences -> configure Facebook (pixel), it just returns the error "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can."

Facebook pixel is not connecting the sale channel properly set up but still facebook pixel helper couldn't find it. Even the test event is not showing any data and if we go to preferences facebook setup it constantly shows errors.

Error message after error message. Instructions that don't work. A new support staff member responds each time so there's zero ownership of actually helping you solve the issue. I just don't think Shopify integrations work, but they look shiny and fairly easy to use from the outside. Once you try to implement anything it takes weeks if not months to resolve.
