So very difficult to connect and set up pixels to work in the ads. Meta keeps circling in a loop to the Shopify page without actually connecting. Facebook ads support is unbelievably horrendous. I have no idea how such a big multi billion dollar company functions like this.

so many bugs, you can't open the app without having to close unnecessary windows, never know when something is wrong.

Fantastische integratie met Facebook en Instagram via Shopify! Sinds we onze Facebook- en Instagram-kanalen gekoppeld hebben aan onze Shopify-winkel, is alles zoveel makkelijker en efficiënter geworden. Producten worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd, klanten kunnen direct vanuit social media kopen, en onze zichtbaarheid is enorm gegroeid. De installatie was eenvoudig, en binnen enkele klikken stonden onze producten op Instagram Shopping en Facebook Shop. Ook advertenties beheren is nu veel overzichtelijker via de Facebook Commerce Manager. We zien duidelijk meer verkeer én conversie sinds we deze koppeling gebruiken. Absoluut een aanrader voor elke webshop die actief is op social media! Klantvriendelijk, snel en superprofessioneel!

How are REDCON1, ALPHA LION, and so many other companies allowed to sell their protein on Facebook and their pre-work supplements, but I can't? I think I will contact the Attorney General here in BOSTON. This is an unfair practice by Facebook.

If you want dysfunctionality and almost impossiblity (ChatGPT is a brilliant support entity where it help one navigate the Meta mess and its systems) and you are okay with spiraling into exhaustion and going nutty as it relates to trying to get help with everything Meta shops, then you've landed on a great app. ONCE you do get someone, somehow Meta has managed to hire the kindest customer service reps who are sometimes great at being helpful, and other times - the wait - back and forth via email could take days.....or weeks. For a tech company specializing in social media and one of the wealthiest companies in the world, it's an absolute embarassment that they truly don't care about their business clients. I've chosen a succinct way of answering. Otherwise I could write an entire essay on the Facebook experience.

had so much problems connecting the 2 platforms, ended up calling both Meta and Shopify. Just had to uninstall and install the FB app on Shopify to make it work. but was a real headache at first.
