The UI across meta properties is hot garbage. Stop building in silos. You're driving all of us insane. Update the terminology. Stop making people use Meta Shops in order to tag products in organic posts. YOU ARE KILLING CONVERSION. Just be 1% less selfish every day. Make it just a little easier to use your tools and get back to our real jobs with out wasting hours clicking from one platform to the next to check every little gotcha that you've hidden as rotten Easter Eggs in your vast monopoly of this hellscape we call social media.

Meta consistently has the absolute worst customer support I've ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. Thankfully, my first issue (a pixel mess up that their support took nearly two weeks to NEVER FIX costing me over $1000 in ad spend) was fixed with the help of ChatGPT. My second issue has been going on now for 3 weeks and I've dealt with 13 different support people. Despite an admission from Meta's support that the problem was on their end with their call to action button, they've refused to issue a refund and somewhere around support person seven or eight managed to 'fix' the issue even though by then I had turned off the campaign that was the problem. Utterly useless, but if you want to make money you're stuck using them and they know it.
