this app will not allow me to sync my business page from IG to shopify. My products have been approved and yet for some reason Facebook Meta is not syncing my products. I am missing out on potential customers because of this. Every time I try to reconnect the instagram an issue has occurred. Both instagram and facebook have been giving business store issues. This is unacceptable and unfair. All of my products are from a drop shipping supplier. In which they are legal and meet all requirements according to the guidelines. So what is the real issue?

Using Inventory Advanced and Collections to control products available on your Facebook or Instagram is full of defects. Previews will show all products in your Collections, but in the Facebook or Instagram app, only a subset or none of them will show on the app. Meta support hasn't been helpful, as it get passed around and troubleshooting context gets lost...practically have to start all over. Was hoping to increase sales by tagging posts with Products in my store, but this integration is defective and doesn't scale to high number of products and variants.

It keeps getting disconnected. When it was connected, all was fine, but after a few days it gets disconnected, and after a few days it was connected again, and repeat.

Hey team Unfortunately my website https://northline.online/ was blocked by your system as so my customers/followers are unable to shop or see my product/content in their facebook and instagram page. the website follows facebook community standards and I hope your team will help me and unblock my website any time soon. Not sure why most of the time Ads accounts are getting banned or restricted. We are clothes and accessory seller for women, men and kids still our ads account got restircted or banned and we are not getting any solution.Removal of restriction is very difficult and no proper support from FB. There is no Live chat support from FB who can help customer to clear such restriction or banns. thanks FB to provide live chart support since we are not expert in FB..............THANKS

Like other reviews are stating, Facebook won't sync to your online store. It randomly selected a few of my items and will only show those in the store. Then they are claiming that some of these items are out of stock, which they are not. Not sure how this can be resolved.

Após a última atualização da Meta a integração com a aba Marketing do Shopify parou de funcionar. Não aparecem opções de criar ações de marketing dentro do Shopify. Ou seja, ficou inútil. Tentei contato com o suporte da Meta mas tudo o que recebo são e-mails enormes que muito falam e nada fazem... ficam me enrolando e não resolvem o problema. A Meta é um desserviço para o varejo, impressionante como conseguem complicar o que poderia ser simples.

Facebook is constantly rejecting my products saying that if violates policy although I am a licensed retailer for everything I put in my shop. Also, there is no way to appeal FB’s reasoning for rejecting the product

Does not work for Instagram only work on Facebook. Also when adding a schedule for ads it does not close on the end date and ad keeps on running. Have to manually go and stop the ad.
