I have to really wonder what genius decided to roll this out during the busiest shopping time of the year. My facebook worked just find and now I'm forced to load yet another app to weigh down my store and it doesn't work. When contacting shopify support the support people have the audacity to tell me they provide limited support. IT"S your app. If you don't provide support, who does? It's really outrageous. If I could give this app a zero I would.

From my experience, the facebook integration was clunky from the beginning. It would work on some days, not others. Then not work at all. my products were incorrectly tagged as alcoholic and were not allowed on instagram. instagram tagged my yeast products as alcoholic because they are used to make alcohol. no way to fix it with facebook or instagram and shopify. i called numerous times to shopify, they said contact facebook. I just shut down my instagram/facebook page, and i will figure out another way to sell

this app had made facebook disable my facebook account completely and now I don't know if I can get it back. I have submitted a a review request on FB but it says due to staff shortages they may not review my account

Useless app... Having endless errors since installing it... And both Shopify and FB support team are not helpful at all. Have been trying to fix the tech issue for months and still no solution. No money will be spent this year on FB ads now.

Installed the app. My Facebook account got suspended then, for suspicious activity????? Now it is reviewed by Facebook. I really hope I will be able to recover it since I use it to manage the FB of my business. In the meantime, I can't use my account. Wonderfull experience (I am sarcastic of course)

My FB shop followers see a post saying "SHOP added an item..." containing the item details whenever I add a new product or product variant. This floods their newsfeeds and they turn off notifications altogether or unfollow the shop. There seems no way of stopping these automated notifications apart from disabling the FB channel.

Do not install this channel, it will just make a mess with your Facebook shop taking control of it and not allowing you anymore to have checkout on Facebook. Just stay in FB with their manager and update your products manually (even if it is a long process). Support is as awful as the channel!

This app will not install on my store. I've tried multiple browsers, computers, phones, and internet connections. Tried incognito and cache and all the basic "restarting" IT fixes. I go through the whole process and it says it's intalled, and then I immediately get an error saying "there was a problem processing this action" Shopify blames this all on FB and there is no support team to contact at FB to me to resolve this issue.

Says my business manager is not eligible for ads. As a result it has completely removed my pixel from the store and I cannot get it integrated at all. In touch with FB support which takes super long to get back to you. Massive impact on sales a result of this issue. Shopify, please bring back the native integration of the pixel!

Can't chose to use only the pixel, no product mapping, no category mapping, the app gets all the description not the seo one. Its a badd app for the final aparence of your instagram store

Recently converted from the Facebook Store app to this one & I have been trying to add our existing instagram account to the Business Manager, but it's a dead link. The button choices are "ADD" or "CANCEL" & only cancel works. I've clicked on the IG page & every area in the box to see if that was the problem, but still nothing so all our new products are unable to be tagged on our instagram page. I suggest not to convert unless absolutely necessary. If support can email me, that would be greatly appreciated.

Setting up a FB shop was rather simple via this app, just click through and done. But I had a huge issue: in FB shop, 'checkout on the website' button on every product page would lead to an error page that reads 'Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: channel' I wrote to shopify support, got an answer that the issue was escalated to the technical team and I shall expect an answer in max 72 hours. Never heard back since. Very disappointed... Then I disconnect everything and re-install and re-create the shop, same error pages... Dont know what to do

It is NOT user friendly. So complicated. I want to checkout on my website now because the Facebook payouts are so complicated to try and match to my bank statements but I can't get the Facebook checkout feature to work with my website now. Ugh.

Before the change all of my products were on Facebook and I was able to Tag on Instagram. Now all of my new products are not available. It has been over 4 days since I added new items.
