Because I can not connect Shopify and Facebook/Instagram and the fact that there is no human that can help me with this, I will rather switch to another E commerce platform that can assist.

Can't connect existing catalogue if we are uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Also instagram is not connecting to shopify store with full fuctionaly such as boost post goal for make a purchase.

I have been trying to link my shopify store to my facebook/Instagram for over a month and it just freezes.... it would of helped alot with sales but if course does not work!

never was able to connect mu shop successfully, the sales team tried to assist but stated they were unable to contact support after waiting for 2 days they closed the ticket. This is why Tiktok is better

En "APLICACIONES Y CANALES DE VENTA", la aplicación me pide que debo revisarla, pero al hacer CLIC nada sucede. Además, no estoy pudiendo crear un nuevo catálogo de anuncios y creo que es debido a esta revisión que no puedo continuar haciendo. Solicito ayuda por favor
