The Facebook & Instagram app is a fantastic tool for connecting my Shopify store with social media platforms. The setup was relatively easy, and I appreciated how the app streamlined the process of syncing my products for shoppable posts. It has definitely helped in improving my store's visibility and engagement. However, I did encounter some challenges with product syncing. Occasionally, products would take a while to appear on Instagram, which caused some delays in running promotions. Additionally, navigating the app could be slightly more intuitive, especially for managing multiple accounts. That said, the customer support team was helpful and responsive in resolving these issues. Overall, this app is a valuable addition to my Shopify store, and I look forward to future updates that might improve its functionality further.
