Sometime due to sync or other reason we have to uninstall the app and each time it create a new catalogue which is frustrating. Due to this we have to connect this new catalogue to all campaigns manually and even for a few type of campaign there is no option to add new one and the only option left is to create new campaign due which we loss the historically data. Kindly fix this issue and allow users to connect the existing catalogue after uninstallation

WHEN TAGGING PRODUCTS, IT WOULD HELP TO KNOW WHAT ERRORS NEED TO BE CORRECTED IN ORDER TO TAG PRODUCTS. ITS LIKE A GUESSING GAME.
Data does not share very well and when certain events simply have not happened yet, Facebook flags them as Pixel connectivity problems which is very annoying. Also, the biggest issue is that the Shopify product catalog randomly stops syncing to Facebook, so I'll upload new products and they won't sync with Facebook. And in order to fix the issue I need to uninstall the app from Shopify, delete my catalog in Facebook, reinstall the app in Shopify, reconnect to Facebook and create a new catalog... and then I have to wait for hours to see if the catalog will sync. Many times it does not and I need to contact support who basically tell me to do the same thing over again. It's an absolute joke of an integration. Whoever built it is an idiot. Either that, or Facebook or Shopify keep making changes to the API and breaking things. Either way, it's idiotic and an absolute costly pain in the backside for a business owner.
The returns are a NIGHTMARE and have to be manually done
Analytics are way off. I’ve verified traffic from paid Facebook / Instagram ads, yet the app still reports **zero** views and activity. Meta support brushed it aside, claiming my ads simply “don’t work.” If the tracking can’t register real, paid traffic, it’s useless for performance analysis.
Ingenting fungerar och man får hela tiden felmeddelanden som: "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. Go back" Jag har spenderat timmar på att försöka lösa det, men hamnar bara i en loop av värdelösa hjälpsidor
