absolutely rubbish

Doesn't allow any customizations / variations of the product. It's very difficult to implement. AND it's unclear why products get rejected, just that it doesn't follow the rules. Well, what rules?! What does it break?

Cuando la desintalas y queres volver a instalar queda en un BUG que no lo solicita ni soporte de shopify, ni soporte de Meta. Se pasan la pelota entre ellos. Y encima te dicen que contrates un desarrollador que lo resuelva.

broken and doesn't work. it's a blank screen when i click on the Facebook & Instagram sales channel.

Set this up through Shopify and it automatically created a new dataset in Meta separate from my current business profile. It's been impossible to merge them and has created a ton of headaches. Meta support hasn't been helpful at all either.

Worst customer support I ever experienced. Always need to be afraid my account gets banned for no reason and without any way to recover it. Even though I'm spending thousands on ads each day. Literally every single time I do something my account gets flagged for being hacked or something else. Professional Ad accounts should not be tied to a personal account.
