Does not connect properly and META team is not able to help. Sincerely disappointed in this lack of accountability.

My store is live but I have neverf seen my store. I was told it was mobile only so I logged into a different account but still nothing. I just found it to be a very poor experence and I have corrently given up on Facebook and instagram and have been concentrating on the others.

FRAUD APP, My lots of money & time got wasted on facebook Ads due to pixel not working properly. Money deducted but no result,and facebook didn't refund my money even after so many complaints.

Meta will tell you that you have to speak to Shopify for any issues with their app. Complete joke and waste of time.

TERRIBLE experience. The app won't let me connect my pixel, and support has been no help at all — they just told me to contact Shopify, which is ridiculous considering it's their app and their pixel. I'm stuck with no fix, and no one is taking responsibility.

The whole process is non-intuitive, streamlined and logical. It is a mine field. Profit seems your only directive. Making set up easy to create more profit for you and help others seems a mere after thought, unfortunately !
