I always give positive reviews, but almost 3 years ago I lost my personal account and never received the necessary help to recover the account. I followed your recovery instructions more than 7 times and was never able to recover the account. Now I'm trying to connect my online store with a new account and I haven't been able to connect it either. It is true that I have only tried 3 times and I have waited more than 4 months waiting for Facebook verification. If those on Facebook read it, please help me! I do not know what else to do... Siempre hago valorizaciones positibas, pero hace casi 3 año perdí mi cuenta personal y nunca recibi la ayuda necesaria para recuperar la cuenta. Seguí sus instrucciones de recuperación mas de 7 veces y nunca pude recuperar la cuenta. Ahora intento conectar mi tienda online con una cuenta nueva y tampoco eh podido conectarla. Es verdad que solo he intentado 3 veces y he esperado mas de 4 meses esperando la verificación de Facebook. Si lo leen los de Facebook, por favor ayudarme ! ya no se que mas hacer hahaha y ahora no me deja poner 1 estrella , pondré 2 a ver si me deja

terribly difficult to use. Had issues with syncing, and the actual layout looks different on instagram to how ive created it on the app

Horrível fica muitos dias analisando a integração com a Shopify, sem contar que esse apps está desatualizado ficando incompatível com a plataforma da Shopify. Tratem de verem isso por favor pessoal da Meta.

En lo personal he batallado mucho para configurarla y hasta la fecha no puedo vincular Instagram con mi cuenta. El equipo de soporte me ha apoyado pero no se ha podido solucionar

it's true that it's convenient to link facebook and shopify but there are always problems ... sometimes I enter a product and it's available in the second but sometimes it takes 2 days more there are products that are no longer syncronize.

I am not longer able to access this app page. It appears blank - cache cleared, different browser, uninstall reinstall - nothing is working. I cannot find a resolution and I cannot find a method for reaching out for help. Writing here to hopefully receive a response. Thank-you!

it was not clear that i needed to connect BOTH instagram and facebook pages to shopify in order to make paypal available as a method of payment.

Not sure why most of the time Ads accounts are getting banned or restricted. We are clothes and accessory seller for women, men and kids still our ads account got restircted or banned and we are not getting any solution.Removal of restriction is very difficult and no proper support from FB. There is no Live chat support from FB who can help customer to clear such restriction or banns. thanks FB to provide live chart support since we are not expert in FB..............THANKS

We have NOT been able to successfully add our store to IG and FB it says we ARE approved -- HELP! hmm what is the issue???

Após a última atualização da Meta a integração com a aba Marketing do Shopify parou de funcionar. Não aparecem opções de criar ações de marketing dentro do Shopify. Ou seja, ficou inútil. Tentei contato com o suporte da Meta mas tudo o que recebo são e-mails enormes que muito falam e nada fazem... ficam me enrolando e não resolvem o problema. A Meta é um desserviço para o varejo, impressionante como conseguem complicar o que poderia ser simples.

No me deja conectar mi cuenta publicitaria Shopify Business Manager intento conectarla pero me da error y me dice que lo intente mas tarde. He añadido método de pago y aun así me sigue dando error. también me da error en el catalogo de shopify pero es como si en la cuenta de facbook no se ha actualizado con mi tienda de shopify. Espero que me solucione este problema lo antes posible. Un saludo Gracias.

The integration wasn't difficult, and I got my first order from FB on Sunday... fulfilled it and shipped it on Monday. Shopify has yet to sync the information to FB that the order has shipped, so FB has yet to actually pay me for it. Shopify says it's FB problem and FB says it's Shopify's problem. And looking back through forums this is a very old problem. So why is this integration still being offered when it is obviously broken? And my problem has been given over to the "market place team" but I can't actually talk to them to see what's going on, and I have one day left before FB cancels the order as not shipped. This is really frustrating.
