Absolutely frustrated with the Facebook & Instagram app for Shopify. I accidentally deleted the app, and now when I try to reinstall it, it just shows a gray screen and loops back to the install page over and over again. The app never actually installs. I contacted support multiple times, but the guidance has been useless so far. No clear troubleshooting steps, no proper resolution — just endless back-and-forth while my store integration remains broken. This is a critical app for running ads and syncing products, yet such a basic reinstall issue completely breaks the workflow. Really disappointing experience from both the app stability and the support team. Please fix this reinstall loop issue properly.

The app is currently unusable. I keep getting "This page isn't available right now" despite clearing my cache and reinstalling the app twice. Fix the bugs!

Extremely frustrating experience with the Shopify Facebook & Instagram App. I’ve been trying for the last 3 days to connect my Shopify store with Facebook and Instagram, and nothing is working properly. The catalog is not syncing, permissions are unclear, and the setup keeps failing without any proper explanation. What’s worse is the lack of effective support—there’s no clear guidance or timely help to resolve the issue. This app is supposed to make selling easier, but instead it’s wasting time and creating unnecessary stress. Definitely needs major improvement in functionality and customer support.

Worthless app, messed up all business

Absolutely do not allow this app to create a Facebook Business Portfolio for you, especially if you already manage multiple ad accounts. It will create one automatically, violating Facebook's terms for Business Portfolios (which is ironic since this is their official Shopify app), then they will restrict your account, and you won't be able to run ads. Nor will you be able to fix it by deleting the portfolio and creating a new ad account.

Does not load after installation

Stopped working. Can't connect. Broken.

Awful. Tons of bugs. Won't load half of the time. Meta you need help in a lot of ways. Settings up ad campaigns couldn't be more of a disaster. I can't even uninstall and reinstall this app to get my pixel working. My pixel is suddenly not 'firing'. Pretty sad.

Horrible experience, not able to connect with my Facebook profile, so I can not get precise conversion measurement. Please fix this app so it can be functional!

Die App ist mega unübersichtlich und die Verbindung mit Shopify extrem kompliziert es treten immer wieder neue Fehlermeldungen auf.
