Hours wasted trying to set things up & errors keep on popping up. Re-installed app various times & even this did not iron out the issues. From Pixel related issues, to catalogue not sync to domain issues...it's a battle not worth investing your time in.

I had so much issue installing this store on my Shopify. Had bugs. Both shopify and meta support kept bouncing the support to each other. In the end, i had to delete my account and install again because no one was helping and business was getting affected.

This app is incorrectly coded and doesn't give an option to select which business manager to connect - it just assumes everyone only owns one. Confirmed with Shopify support. Fail.

ervery time i open FB on shopify it says the account is under review. the store is 2 yrs old

There has to be a way to access the shop if a fb profile gets hacked and owner doesn't have access anymore. That's what happened to us and we've spent hours and hours with fb support to try and resolve and they continue to say they can't do anything about it. Absolutely nuts.

Insanely difficult to work with Meta/Facebook/Instagram. Terrible user interface, constant changes to functionality, workspace, awful communication about changes that affect verification, usability, location of admin functions, etc.
