such a slow service for reviews and when click on GET SUPPORT.. the meta pro team doesn't even know what they are doing and talking about. I just had a word with the META PRO TEAM and i was explaining her something and she started explaining me something which completely useless and doesn't even require that kind of information. Please fasten your reviewing process and have proper experts in the team who can understand the query and answer accurately and precisely.

Super Shopify App

2024: Shop hasn't been working for 6 weeks, now it's black friday. No support. We give meta 500k a year in ads. Shameful. Updated 2025: And now this year the integration stopped working (for the most part) and the pixel loads on and off. Support, as always, is completely useless. Meta is a disgrace.

GREAT APP

The Facebook & Instagram app is a fantastic tool for connecting my Shopify store with social media platforms. It has definitely helped in improving my store's visibility and engagement. However, I did encounter some challenges with product syncing. Occasionally, products would take a while to appear on Instagram, which caused some delays in running promotions. Additionally, navigating the app could be slightly more intuitive, especially for managing multiple accounts. That said, the customer support team was helpful and responsive in resolving these issues. Overall, this app is a valuable addition to my Shopify store, and I look forward to future updates that might improve its functionality further.
