I just went through the setup process so far, have not used the app once, but the setup process was great.
For a non technical person, this was quite easy. I followed the instructions was able to complete the task in no time

Can only review the set up process re. integration with my shopify store for instagram shopping - overall it was very simple and quick to do. Still waiting for approval though, so not in a position to comment on the functioning of the app...

Setting up my Facebook channel was simple and straight forward. We however encountered a problem setting up Instagram.

I am changing my review to 5 stars because apparently, things got much better now. A few months ago I got conflicting information from the support representative, and I had to dig a lot on my own, and it was an issue on the app side, and lack of proper description on allowing checkout at facebook or on shopify. We are pass that and the current upgrade works great.

The Facebook app is designed simply to create a connection between Facebook and Shopify to sync your products should you want to promote them via Facebook Pages, Instagram, or Marketing. While the app itself would not cause orphan pages, I'd be more than happy to go through your store with you to help identify what may be causing this issue. Very quick and easy to integrate. Very easy to set up and easy to use. It has saved our team so much time. I would highly recommend it!
the setup was fast and easy, it is user friendly and very helpful, i hope more to come with this channels
really easy set-up, I just did it so I can't report how it has helped for sales...but our fingers are crossed!
