Enorm FAQ Page & Product FAQs

We have two storefronts and can only access one of their FAQ's (through both stores somehow). We need to update the other store's FAQ but haven't been able to because of this. Their customer support is literally nonexistent. We've submitted numerous emails to their help center and have gotten no response at all. If we could give them 0 stars for all of the help they have given, we would.

Not a good app, talking to the FAQ team, would you spend some time on your app and try fix the bugs and make the layout work as supposed to, you need to add more feature too
not smooth at all... could not embed it and it was not clear,.. much better options.. wish you work on it a bit more
