I can see why this app has such good reviews. It is all true. The program is amazing easy to use, but has ALL of the features that you would ever need. And the app pages that it creates right out of the box look AMAZING. I have seen many apps that are more expensive, but not nearly as good as this one. Also, the support is just as amazing as the app itself'. I got the answers I needed on the WEEKEND! We need more apps like this one!

Lovely little app if you want some FAQs on your website. If you have brand colours you can also customise the FAQ sections to match. I got stuck on some customisations and reached out to support and Bhushan the app developer was very helpful and attentive with follow-up emails to make sure I was ok with everything. Excellent customer service for an excellent app!

Great app. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone looking for an easy way to implement a FAQ on their web page. What's even better is the customer support. Bhushan answers super fast. He listens to our suggestions, helps with advice, and makes our FAQ pages look beautiful. THANK YOU!

I used free version, it´s easy to customize and it works good. If you need support they are very kind and fast on the reply.

This app is super helpful to have easy FAQs on your Shopify store. We had a few tweaks as well that we asked their support team about, and they were super quick to provide solutions for us!

The best FAQ app I've ever used. Bhushan was super helpful with the setup and very responsive to emails. The customer service is amazing. I would def recommend this app. 10/10.

I've been using this app for quite a few months now and it has cut down on a lot of the daily questions I get over and over again. I had a question about embedding a video and Bhushan was quick to answer my question. I would highly recommend this app.

Easy FAQ is just what it says. Lightweight, very easy to implement and apply custom styles. Its also packed with great features like the ability to embed anywhere and multi-language support. Even though the app works flawlessly, I think what sets it apart is some of the best customer service I have ever received. Their support is extremely fast, beyond friendly and very helpful. I really wish all apps were this much of a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!!
