So glad we found this app! Now, when customers have questions, we have a huge database of easy-to-find answers ready and waiting. I'm sure it will ease our customer support burden, provide a pleasing customer experience and boost sales. From a single keyword, customers can find the answer, click on a link then head to checkout (much better than filling in a contact form and waiting for answer).

I love the simplicity of this app. Took all of 5 minutes to set up my FAQ page and I LOVE how the overall layout works. I'm still wrapping my head around Shopify but this app was super easy and support was great with answering a question I had, a response in a few hours despite the time difference from Australia to the US. 10/10 recommend!

It is very easy to use and much more flexible than I expected. I contacted support to adjust the scrolling behavior, and he responded and gave a fix right away; such a wonderful support service.

it helps bring a cleaner and easy-to-read layout for our FAQ page, and it isn't difficult to use. but will be great if we don't need to put the faq page under the 4 default categories.
So glad to hear you found FAQ page easy to read and cleaner! Appreciate your feedback. Regarding your default slug in URL: That's a limitation from Shopify where they only allow pre-defined slug. We do have a ticket open with them to open it up for regular URLs so hoping to have an update from them soon!

Super easy to use and customize. I really enjoy the look of it on our website. At one point I had a question about how to use one of its features, and the response time from support email was immediate. So awesome. What a great little app! Love it :)

The application is great! It's super easy to use and the design features are great. I really like the search bar feature which is very efficient. Special mention for the support : If you have any questions about the features, support is always there to help you and it is very reactive!

We just installed the app today but from what I have seen so far the app is highly customizable, the developer is quick to respond & super helpful with making adjustments for little things I could not do myself manually within the app. Thank you!

I used this app for faq on my product. It like really clean and fits perfectly with my site. The developer is very efficient, super nice, and helpful. It’s my first time paying for a app monthly as I’m new to Shopify. I have to say, I don’t mind with this level of service received and how well the app works.
