It is very easy to use and much more flexible than I expected. I contacted support to adjust the scrolling behavior, and he responded and gave a fix right away; such a wonderful support service.

it helps bring a cleaner and easy-to-read layout for our FAQ page, and it isn't difficult to use. but will be great if we don't need to put the faq page under the 4 default categories.
So glad to hear you found FAQ page easy to read and cleaner! Appreciate your feedback. Regarding your default slug in URL: That's a limitation from Shopify where they only allow pre-defined slug. We do have a ticket open with them to open it up for regular URLs so hoping to have an update from them soon!

Super easy to use and customize. I really enjoy the look of it on our website. At one point I had a question about how to use one of its features, and the response time from support email was immediate. So awesome. What a great little app! Love it :)

We just installed the app today but from what I have seen so far the app is highly customizable, the developer is quick to respond & super helpful with making adjustments for little things I could not do myself manually within the app. Thank you!

I used this app for faq on my product. It like really clean and fits perfectly with my site. The developer is very efficient, super nice, and helpful. I can see why this app has such good reviews. It is all true. The program is amazing easy to use, but has ALL of the features that you would ever need. And the app pages that it creates right out of the box look AMAZING. I have seen many apps that are more expensive, but not nearly as good as this one. Also, the support is just as amazing as the app itself'. I got the answers I needed on the WEEKEND! We need more apps like this one!
