Fastr is great. The multi-channel approach, which combines SMS, email and push notifications, has proved very effective in reaching customers. The installation took just a little time, but the results will be worth it. Our abandoned cart conversions will increase significantly, making Fastr a valuable addition to our e-commerce toolbox.

Incredibly easy to install! The customer service, especially Patrick, was outstanding - quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Very impressed with this app. Has worked wonders for our company. Customer service is great and normally answer immediately. Special mention to David who helped with the setup and filling me in on all the steps to get us up and running.

it's super easy to set up, very intuitive and very powerful (especially for SMS). Customer support is very responsive, which makes a big difference compared to the competition. I'd like to thank David, who has great tips and is very pleasant!

App has been brilliant so far and has generated sales in the first few hours. Had a minor issue due to shopify changes but was rectified quickly by David, I allowed him access to myshop and he sorted it all for me within an hour of messaging for help. Which makes life easier. Look forward to using the app more and confident in the customer service

The customer service for this app has been super helpful! Lee-ann has gone over and above what I would expect based on the service I've received from other companies' apps I have used on my Shopify store. Very proactive in their approach to customer service.
