We love FASTR! We have been using for abandoned cart recovery for a while now and it is easy to use. The staff is also great. Arthur is super helpful and quick with responding. My only feedback is that you can't add pictures to the texts to help with advertising.

Customer Service was excellent - really quick to respond and assist within the app chat box. It would be good if the email could be editing to be more in line with store branding.

I like the app but it's conflicting with our promotions. If we don't have promotions then I will turn it on. We feel that our customers will get confused if they see 2 promotions. Since ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell is post sales, that works well for us. This will persuade them to buy more. Thank you.
