I use the app to help my customers to purchase when they hesitate at check out or forget to complete their purchase. I like how the app is able to send messages offering discounts at different stages of the customer checkout to get them to complete their purchase. It is an awesome app to have on your website.

I'm so glad I found this app. A youtuber mentioned it and I checked them out. They don't have that many reviews so I was a bit sceptical. However, I ended up canceling a paid subscription with someone else to switch to this app. Now I pay nothing and I'm getting MORE! I wish I'd known about this app sooner as I would have saved a lot of money and would have had free SMS. You can't put a price on free. <3 Also, support was SUPER fast. Like immediate. And it was a live person.

Cart recovery has been a pain in my store for a while, I used to send one cart recovery email and it converted well, but this is a game changer. The support team helped me configure 3 abandoned cart recovery email, same with SMS (which works great BTW!!!) and 3 with push notifications. my order recovery rate improved significantly since I started using Carti.
