We just installed this app after having major issues with another app that wouldn't fulfill our orders. After installing ByteStand, I needed some help and contacted them through the online help system. Cara is fantastic and a great help. She walked me through everything I needed to do and then some. After my ordeal with the other app, I can't give these guys enough praise for how terrific my experience has been so far. Thanks so much!

We’ve been using ByteStand for a while now and it’s been awesome. It automatically sends our orders from AU, the US and Canada over to Amazon without us having to touch anything. The SKU mapping and virtual bundle stuff made syncing our Shopify listings with Amazon way less of a headache. And huge shout‑out to Cara and the team—super friendly and actually helpful. They hopped on a call, sorted out our issues, and followed up right away. If you want to save time and work with folks who care, ByteStand is the way to go!

I wanted to like this app, but it didn't meet expectations. As a small shop with just a few SKUs, I hoped for a simple solution to handle Amazon MCF fulfillment. Unfortunately, getting it to work required more effort than expected. The manual fulfillment setup was confusing and not intuitive. Orders didn't show up at first, and when I finally got one in, the fulfillment failed due to a vague "Invalid Rate Name" error. It took several emails and a custom troubleshooting video from support to figure it out. ByteStand's support rep, Cara, was helpful and responsive. Still, it's telling that store access is often needed, which suggests the app is not designed with ease of use in mind. The interface also feels clunky and outdated. It makes navigation harder than it should be. Important settings like "Flex" and rate mapping are buried in confusing menus, and there is no real dashboard overview or SKU table to give you confidence that everything is working properly. Then there's the pricing. The app looks like it starts at $25 per month, but it only includes basic fulfillment with fixed manual rates. If you want core features like inventory syncing, which should be standard, you must upgrade to at least $40 per month. It adds up quickly. The pricing structure is not transparent; other users have pointed out the same issue in their reviews. Ultimately, I removed the app. If you're a large store with technical resources, it's worth the setup time and extra costs. But this probably isn't it for small businesses looking for a smooth, affordable solution.

Great app and great service. We needed this to help with our order fulfilment. The team not only helped us set it all up but also sent us video's as they made the changes so we could see/learn how to do it ourselves. The service they provide is truly miles ahead of any other tool/app I've used in the past.

ByteStand provided us with the perfect solution to integrate our Shopify store with our seller account, saving us a ton of time and hassle with 3PL warehouses. It's perfect for people who already have a seller account and want to expand their business to Shopify. The setup and interface of the app are very simple, ease of use! We ran into a few hiccups during setup so we reached out to the support team and Cara was very responsive and helpful. Now we're good to go! PS: Do watch the video guide on YouTube to get all the settings configured correctly!

Incredible customer support from Cara. Probably the best I've experienced from any Shopify app. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a solution to connect Shopify > Amazon MCF.

Amazing app and even better support! After days of waiting on Amazon MCF to figure out why my Shopify orders were being declined, I deleted the app and installed Amazon MCF by ByteStand. A few hours later and a little help from support, I was able to send off my 37 orders that were waiting!

This is the app. Get this one. It works really well and the customer service is on point. There were a couple times Amazon changed something up and they needed to update the software. Sometimes that meant orders could not be shipped during that window. Each time this happened the company was upfront and transparent about the change. Additionally, they provided clear instructions on what to do after the change was made. Seriously, this is a set it and forget it app. You are all good.

I’ve been using the Amazon MCF app for about a week now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer. The setup? Super easy—no headaches or confusing steps. The integration with Amazon is so seamless and intuitive that it almost feels like it’s built right into Shopify. One of the biggest bonuses for me? The inventory syncing. I don’t have to stress about overselling or manually updating stock—it’s all handled for me. The live Amazon shipping rates at checkout are a nice touch too, and they give customers accurate shipping options without me lifting a finger. Their support team is amazing. Quick responses, helpful advice, and they really know their stuff. Also loving that it works with Amazon’s Buy With Prime automatically. Highly recommended!
