Very disappointing experience. Be aware that the price shown inside the app is not necessarily the price you’ll actually be charged. We also learned that if you disable a market, the pricing does not automatically return to the original price, even though the app may show that it has. This resulted in us overpaying around $400. Customer service offered very little help beyond an $80 refund. Misleading pricing and poor customer service.

Cara is by far the best hands on agent, coder, problem solver I have ever come across. No point considering another app given that they won't come with Cara, and she has been absolutely unreal and solving every problem I have ever thrown at her.

We have been using this app since February of 2022! Bytestand has automatically helped us process over 70,000 orders since 2023. They are also helping us process our virtual bundles, sync inventory from Amazon to Shopify, and are even helping with orders imported into Shopify. Cara is our rep and she is so supportive and will jump on calls with us to help us understand the system and help up troubleshoot any complicated orders!
