last update - HORRIBLE!!!! app slow you down massively due to last update, do not use !!!!!
Dear Wilson Pet Food, I appreciate your time on the call and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. The interface you are currently using is a beta version of our NEW UI. You can easily revert to the old UI by enabling the checkbox labeled "I would like to go back to the old UI" in the feedback section. We are updating the app to align with Shopify Guidelines. Soon, you can expect additional features such as package details, service, and cost summaries to streamline your shipment process. Additionally, features like Bulk Print from Shopify orders, Partial Fulfillment, and Multi-location Fulfillment are in development. Sibi Firoz was very helpful and helped me with all that I needed. It was easy to generate labels and return labels using the app.

The team at Plugin Hive is super responsive in helping with setup. Shout out to Sibi for making it all clear and helping answer any remaining questions. This app is perfect for calculated shipping rates from FedEx to help customers have more choices. Highly recommend!

Touseef was very helpful in walking through setup of the app. 5 star for him. The app is easy to use and lets us take advantage of our lower FedEx rates in a basic and easy to use process. Wasnt able to set up more complex automations so I'd give the app a 4 star. Overall 4.5 average which rounds up to 5.

It has a lot of bugs and is missing a lot of functionality. The customer service is pretty good and responsive but they can’t always fix the problem.

One of the most important aspects of any app is SUPPORT. There are a lot of items to interact with on this app, but the team provides amazing support and help. I am very pleased!
