Extremely helpful and easy setup. Can't wait to get started. Onboarding with our FedEx account was super simple and we are happy with the results. Sibi was great and answered all the important questions.

Had a wonderful walk through about the process start to finish. Was encouraged to contact support if I had questions with Fedex. Manohar was helpful in all my questions. Also very helpful to return as shipments increased.

Very helpful onboarding. Like the integration with Shopify and how it self selects the appropriate box for the item. Allows for bulk processing of orders to save time. Sibi Firoz was very helpful. Had additional integration questions and they were answered with great help.

Shashi helped tremendously with helping explain the workflow of the app for our first shipment using the app. It was very easy and explained by him perfectly. This app makes shipping much easier for our store that requires special shipping. 3/31/2023 Manohar was a great help in fixing the issues we had with product sizing and box sizing set up. Great customer service as always!

Love this app & their customer service! We are saving time & money by being able to print FedEx labels from our Shopify store. We used to manually type in the order addresses into FedEx.com which opened us up to incorrectly inputting the addresses. We also had to enter the weights & dimensions of each box. We contacted customer service to help us integrate our FedEx account with their app. Addina quickly responded to our email and had us all setup within the hour. We wish we would have set this up sooner.

Our customers haven't actually opted for shipping with the app yet, but I can tell you that the customer service on the set-up was great! At first, I was really discouraged because I was trying to use a flat fee and a free shipping option along with our own fed ex express rates and I couldn't get all three, but Shashi Kumar set up a Zoom and now all the options are visible now to our customers. He was pleasant, helpful and it was all easy to understand with his guidance. Be aware, there is a time difference with their customer service so just let them know your timezone and a few blocks of time that work. They came back to me within 12 hours (on a weekend) with an appointment in my timeframe. I can't complain about that kind of customer service at all.

Would not recommend this app at all, it is very limited and has no advantage over the Shopify base shipping options.

The PH Multi Carrier Shipping Label App is the right solution for you. You can add your FedEx, UPS, and USPS accounts and use it for rates, labels, tracking, etc. using the app. The Ship, Rate & Track is a dedicated app for FedEx. In comparison to the Shopify shipping, the app displays FedEx rate at checkout, prints FedEx labels, uses boxes provided by FedEx, helps you avail special services offered by FedEx, schedules FedEx pickups, helps to track orders etc. We believe, if given a chance we can help you benefit from different features that our app has over the Shopify shipping and you will definitely love the solution. We would love to hear back from you.

Really bad, I want a refund, I signed up and it did not work. It dd not recognize my Fedex account. I tried to cancel it and it won't let me...
Dear Dana, I share your concern that you weren't able to add the FedEx Account successfully in the first place. There are two reasons why FedEx did not recognize your account: 1. Your FedEx account was marked "Cash-Only" since credit card was not added. 2. You tried to register your FedEx account with an Incorrect billing address. We can schedule a zoom call to help you in setting up the FedEx account. We have issued a refund and hope you will give us another chance to help you streamline the shipping process.
