The worst pile of xxx ever. I would rather use FedEx direct and spend the time writing out the labels. This app is full of bugs, never works when I need it to. I am paying way too much money for hardly any use, and when I do come to use it, it works like tripe. IT'S SO EXPENSIVE too. Ridiculous. I've wasted SO much money on this app. I don't even want to think about how much all those months have amounted to. Please don't waste your time and money like I have.
Dear Brittany, Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. The errors you encountered were related to inventory quantities and billing addresses. We can resolve this over a zoom call and help you start generating International Shipping labels in one click. During the call, we can ensure the app is configured correctly. * Necessary to maintain Stock in Shopify, if not Shopify doesn't allow the order to be fulfilled. * Review the Product's weight & dimension and the Box packing setup. * Accurate Product details and prices on Commercial invoices for quick customs clearance You seem to be using the app only for International shipments. You could use the app to process your domestic shipments (UK to UK) as well. The app subscription charges will become economical when you start to process more orders. Request you try the app again.

All of the customer support team are very supportive through the integration with FedEx. They do fast respond to give feedback on my issues and are always straight to the point with the solutions. Very polite. Especially Manohar V and Addina. I found the wrong setting with the packaging and calculation rates which I don't understand. But they quickly resolved the issue. They helped me very well. Thank you

We used this plug-in to connect our Fedex account with shopify. Process is very easy and user friendly. Also Plug-in Hive support is Excellent and quickest, they had provided full overview of plugin over call, also they work on customer suggestion make process more smoother. :)

This app significantly eases the process of shipping. From packaging to tracking it simplifies the work involved. The documentation is excellent and on the rare occasion when I've needed help, the support team has been quick, knowledgable and thorough.

The app works great. Support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish, if they had an option to add additional insurance on selected orders only by using any certain criteria (order value), instead of either selecting all or none.

One of theeee Best and Thee most useful apps to all the store owners using FEDEX and relying on other thirdparty apps for their shipments.have been using this app for 3 months and the support from this team was really really good be it with initial set up or analyzing any issues or questions that needs to be looked in to ASAP to meet your requirement to customize the app to you need.

Great App for FedEx shipping. Integrated everything pretty quickly. Customer service was also very helpful in getting everything sorted for our store.
