This app is great for my FedEx integration. Makes my life so easy - just click a few buttons, and we're shipped!!! And even better is the customer service. If I have any questions, they are always there to quickly assist by email or a phone call! Great App!!

This app is great! Makes FedEx label creating on Shopify so much easier. Exceptional customer service from Prathyusha and her team. Every question I had, was answered within 20 mins. Highly recommend!!

I wrote a review a while back and wanted to update that we still LOVE this app. We could not ship FedEx on Shopify without it! Their customer support is the best. Shashi Kumar even setup a Zoom call and worked with us to iron out an issue that was on FedEx's side. Shashi went above and beyond to help us and to make sure all was good. Their team responded very quickly to our request for help and walked us through the necessary steps to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend! ****** This app is fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for and I was so glad to learn about it. We had tried for a really long time to integrate Fed Ex with Shopify and it was impossible. But, now with this app, we can, finally, offer Fed Ex shipping and our one rate! Love it! Jon was incredibly helpful in helping us with onboarding and answering all our questions. So glad to be able to offer Fed Ex shipping as an option now and this app makes it possible!

Jon patiently helped me on a number of occasions set up the app and do some testing. We have a non-traditional product with multiple parts so we really appreciated his help in working through the details. Highly recommend!

John helped me today to figure out why fedex rates weren't pulling properly with one rate, he did a great job! Their support is always quick to respond, and it makes NOT having to deal with FedEx to print labels a breeze.

Really great app and the customer service is incredible. Jon has worked with us in great effort and detail to help us get the Fedex shipping working properly for our site. And their whole team came along and helped us when we ran into a bug to get us back on track. Thanks, Keerthi, and Addina.

Just getting the app set up. Seems like it will be exactly what I need - to print FedEx labels directly from Shopify with my FedEx rates. Very good customer service.

Love the detailing of this app. Everything has been well thought and very accurate in terms of price display. Customization required for any kind of adjustments per business owner is awesome. The best part is their support. I have had a couple of issues in last 3 months of usage but the team was very prompt in reply and getting the problem solved within a hour. Very happy with this app/.
