Sibi Firoz was very helpful and clear with the help! Quick to respond and clear about the answer to questions. App is easy to use. The FedEx label generator is easy to use as well. We went over the details on formatting the name on the Shipping Label and verifying the the Rates reflect the FedEx account connected through the app.
