The plugin itself does everything we need it to do, especially since we use One Rate, and it was recommended to us by our FedEx sales rep based on their clients' feedback. Regarding support & customer service, Shashi responded almost immediately after I submitted a ticket, and was able to help fix my problem right away.

Very good support. The agent communicated very well and pointed out exactly what I needed to know. He went a step further and not only explained how it works but also why it works that way.

The app works well, its not intuitive you have to browse a lot. The good thing is that if you have any problem Shashi is fantastic solving it, really helpfull!!

The app works fine. It's a bit of a pain to use because it is different from all the other shipping businesses I work with. However, it works just fine and Sashi has helped me to get it installed and troubleshoot. However, I do think it is sad that the company feels so strongly that they must get good reviews from their customers that they must bug the customer to leave a review. That's the only reason I'm leaving one, so that they will stop bugging me to do so.

Best app I found for FedEx shipping. Once you are familiar with the workflow and have configured it correctly - works as expected. They have great support too. They even call you back when you have requested it and solving your problem. They provide great remote support. Definitely can recommend them & their app!!

Looks like a pretty straightforward way to apply FedEx OneRate to our online orders, creating easier choices and cheaper shipping for our customers. I worked with Shashi K. to set this up on a Zoom call, and he was great - knowledgeable and patient, talking me through my questions and testing all rates before finalizing. We were online together within 15 minutes of my phone call -- very reassuring to know that the Support team is so responsive.

Shashi Kumar helped me to ensure the app was set up correctly and ran through all of the features for me. The app appears to work well although we've only performed test orders to date. Shashi reassured me that if I need anything going forwards that we can get in contact anytime. Their support and service is spot on.

I had some issues setting up the app but I reached out to their support and got very quick help from Sibi F. They were able to set up a zoom call with screen share and he walked me through the entire integration. Very helpful!

This plugin is incredible! It's the only way to use Fedex with shopify. When I had small issues with the app their support team (Manohar V was excellent) quickly jumped to help me debug the issues. We worked on the problem for almost an hour until we fixed it. Very happy with this Shopify app!!

Had a wonderful walk through about the process start to finish. Was encouraged to contact support if I had questions with Fedex. Manohar was helpful in all my questions. Also very helpful to return as shipments increased.
