Excellent tutorial of the Plugin Hive app. Sibi was very helpful in explaining every step of the app. Answering all the questions I had. The app is easy to navigate through.

Really excited about these capabilities! It does not integrate with other apps, but it does generate FedEx labels seemlessly. Great customer service with Sibi!

The app does everything that we need. We ship freight, small parcel, partial fulfillment, MCF, and Buy with Prime and this app seamlessly integrates and works great. The team is amazing and responds right away. They would send a link to Zoom and walk you through the entire setup. I highly recommend trying this app if you are shipping with FedEx.

Responsive support team, but they can't get it to connect to FedEx Freight. I've gone back and forth with support but his app just doesn't work.
Dear David, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've encountered while using our app. Please note that your FedEx account is currently limited to a single Shipping Address for Freight shipments. This restriction is why you may have encountered difficulties processing shipments when the fulfillment location differs from the authorized address on your FedEx account. Given that you manage multiple warehouses, we recommend reaching out to FedEx to authorize all of your warehouse addresses on your account. This will ensure seamless processing of shipments from each location. Should you require any assistance or have further queries, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Customer Service was fast and very helpful! The team makes using Fed-Ex which is not native to Shopify easy.

Can't believe how easy it was to just input a bit of info and start using Fedex labels. I tried the manual route of going through fedex. Trust me, you don't want to try that route. You'll save an enourmous amount of time and money using this app (you don't need the advanced shopify plan to use this app, you do to connect fedex through the traditional route.) Fast and professional customer service. I hope to be a long term customer.
