Working with FERO has been very eye-opening. As a premium accessories brand, we’ve always prioritised the customer experience, but FERO helped us see what was actually happening at checkout. The audit revealed distinct behavioural groups in our shoppers (like casual vs. indecisive buyers), and the insights on how to tailor the checkout experience for each group are incredibly actionable.
