It was great experience until you get a quote and you tell them its to high price (maybe we could negotiate with buying thousands of units) but they make fun of it. Very unprofessional. Seeking another place.

I highly recommend FForder as a supplier for both domestic and international dropshipping. The integration with Shopify is really smooth and reliable. The support team is awesome — always quick to help and sort things out (special shoutout to my great friend Mike, who's super professional and just an all-around good guy!). The products arrive exactly as agreed. Totally worth it!

I am very satisfied with the service and specially the customer service where Alex is the person that takes care of my orders and she is simply the best! Worked with a lot of suppliers before but no agent treated me with so much education and effort as Alex does. Y'all should raise her salary ASAP hahaha

FForder provides excellent service, always has good products, effective support, and my agent, Merlin, is incredibly helpful whenever I need it. He's polite, kind, and always willing to help with any questions. When I have problems, he's the first to help me solve them, and he always offers straightforward solutions. I downloaded this app, only to be very disappointed. there are no options of changing the displayed currency to other currencies. So everything has to be converted. Then to top it off there are no product descriptions with anything. The shipping also seems a little long compared to other sites. Maybe when you get this sorted i will come back, it is a shame as you have some lovely products.
