FForder provides excellent service, always has good products, effective support, and my agent, Merlin, is incredibly helpful whenever I need it. He's polite, kind, and always willing to help with any questions. When I have problems, he's the first to help me solve them, and he always offers straightforward solutions. He's a great agent and FForder is a great platform to work with.

I downloaded this app, only to be very disappointed. there are no options of changing the displayed currency to other currencies. So everything has to be converted. Then to top it off there are no product descriptions with anything. The shipping also seems a little long compared to other sites. Maybe when you get this sorted i will come back, it is a shame as you have some lovely products.

FForder is really the best choice for starting a delivery. The interface is clear, the operation logic is reasonable, and there is basically no threshold to get started. And there are many logistics options supported, which is very efficient. Agent Xenia is also very patient, it is worth recommending!

O tempo de resposta foi incrivelmente lento e o atendimento ao cliente foi apático, completamente inseguro. Eles nem sequer resolveram o problema! As informações de envio ficaram bloqueadas por dias sem atualização e, por fim, apareceram como não entregues, sem nenhuma explicação. É uma perda de tempo e energia, e o serviço de pós-venda é praticamente inexistente. Esse tipo de serviço é simplesmente inaceitável! A avaliação negativa é merecida; a experiência de compra foi absolutamente terrível!

O atendimento é extremamente ruim e as respostas do atendimento ao cliente são superficiais! O problema nunca foi resolvido! As informações de logística não são atualizadas há muito tempo e o pacote não foi entregue. Entrei em contato com a transportadora diversas vezes, mas me disseram que estava "processando" e não houve progresso. Eles não me notificaram proativamente quando a entrega não foi concluída, o que atrasou meu uso. Foi uma experiência péssima! Nunca mais escolherei esta empresa e recomendo que vocês não a utilizem!
