Filemonk has been great. In over 1400 deliveries of digital products, maybe 3 weren't delivered. So, that's a 99.7+%. Honestly, it's probably closer to 100% I've been happy with Filemonk as the delivery system for my digital products. And they have a responsive tech team.

I really like this app, it's fairly priced, works reliably, when I've reached out to support they've been helpful. The downside for me is I really want to see an API built so I can automate the upload of my items, the CSV method just doesn't doesn't cut it. I've asked a few times but the response has been lukewarm. Ultimately because of this I think I will end up having to develop something in house that meets my needs as I spend more time uploading files than I do on any other aspect of onboarding a new item.
