I’ve been using FileMonk for my digital product stores, and I’ve had a fantastic experience with them. The app itself works really well and has made managing and delivering my digital products much easier. What really stands out, though, is their customer service. The FileMonk team has been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance with setting things up or had questions. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely take the time to help. It’s not often you find an app that works well and has such great people behind it. I really appreciate all the support they’ve given me and would definitely recommend FileMonk to anyone running a digital product business!
