Awful... the download button doesn't even work complete waste of time and causes so much drama!
Hi there! I'm one of the app's founders. Sincerely sorry about this - unfortunately, we had a tiny bug related to correctly showing the filename slip into a recent release of the app. We fixed it up soon as the team notified us about it and everything is working as it should now. It only affected the download experence on Customer Account page - on all other surfaces, it worked a-okay. In any case, this is not the experience I wanted you to have. If there's anything we can do to get you back on to Filemonk, I'll be more then glad to help you out myself. :) - Sandesh / CEO

It was free when I got it a few months ago and now it's 3gb free bandwith per month. That's like nothing. Digital Downloads by Shopify gives more and is free. This got paid, we lost functions, so this app goes bye bye

While we ran the app free for some time, we had to introduce paid plans eventually to continue building the app. Since your review, we've added more plans and options - now you can sell up to 30 orders per month for free and upgrade only when you're ready. Not only that, we run seasonal promotions that can get you the app for up to 60% off for 3 months. We'd love to see you on the app again if you'd consider giving us another chance.
