Funciona muy bien, permite enviar mails post compra con link de descarga y ofrece amplio espacio para subir documentos como producto digital. Fácil de usar. Lástima que el botón de descarga inmediata posterior al pago solo este disponible en plan de pago y no versión gratita, pero es una buena alternativa para negocios con ventas recurrentes. La recomiendo.

Haven't had a huge amount of experience with the app itself at time of writing as I'm still doing legwork on digital options while setting up my store, but I've spoken with Vishu from Filemonk on a few occasions now, and he has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my queries and questions. The customer service is definitely great here.

This app is very good, I've never had a problem and neither had my clients, also the users support is great!. I've been using Filemonk for a few months now and it's been running quite smoothly. All my initial setup issues were resolved very promptly by their customer service representative Sneha. I needed to view 50 products instead of 20 and they were able to change the default through their back end specially for my requirement. Also I needed my products in a particular sequence and this was also ...

Great App for creating a links to templates in Canva. It would be even better if the order was automatically marked as fullfilled in shopify. Currently I have to do this manually.

Hi good day, So far this app has been really good. I have not had any issues with it so far. Customer service has been great. Very timely and responsive. I would recommend this app to anyone.

Great app so far. I would recommend this if you need to manage pdf things in shopify. The interface is understandable and the support is good

I love what this app does, but I recommend adding a feature so we know when they receive the download in their email.

This app has everything I need to deliver my digital products to my clients. I do wish it just had a one-off payment though and no limit before it charges more on the downloads. My files are small but If they where bigger this would cost me a lot.

great free app at the start however if i had known that this would change to a paid app i may have not used it as the prices are steep and so now ive a lot of hours uploading all my files to now having to find another suitable app or website for my downloads as i cannot justify your prices.
