After operating my Shopify store for 6 years, and having used two other well known accounting platforms and a local accountant, I can affirmatively say this is the best-why? it is built by people who understand how an online business works. Our books are updated in real time (without the need for a human) and we finally have real accurate data at all times to work with. We can make accurate decisions based on this system. It far exceeds the capabilities of any other eCommerce accounting system for Shopify that I have seen.

Finaloop has been a game changer for us. It’s made managing our finances seamless by automatically categorizing expenses and syncing directly with our Shopify store. The integration was easy, and it’s saving us tons of time that we used to spend on manual bookkeeping. Highly recommended for Shopify users looking to streamline their accounting!

A new generation of accounting and financial reporting. So much better than Quickbooks. If you have a basic understanding of how your books work, you can all but manage them yourself and have real-time financials at your fingertips 24/7 - no more back and forth with bookkeepers, mess of spreadsheets, or delays.

We're still in the early days of using Finaloop, but it seems like a good product. Aside from a little miscommunication with their responsive and helpful team, my only complaint thus far is that, since their pricing tiers are revenue-based, we end on the same tier as higher-margin companies taking home 4x to 50x what we do. I'm not going to cry about it, but it does rank as the most significant subscription expense for our tiny business. WaveApps might be a good alternative starting out, but we decided to try Finaloop out for a year based on its integration with Shopify and it just feeling like a more advanced, more "high touch" service. Hopefully that holds true and the bookkeeping pays for itself. So far so good.

Finaloop is far more helpful than QuickBooks. You don't have to jump through hoops to get assistance. Bookkeepers assist you in getting everything in order. The software provides automated tasks to keep you on track. It is affordable for small businesses and should pay for itself through the hours you will save. Thanks for a great service!

Finaloop's product and service are incredible. I was hesitant about transferring from QBO and having a discrepancy in my books, but the support team at Finaloop is intelligent and fast; they have the answers to my (many) questions quickly! And it looks like they are always improving the product and taking customer requests seriously. I'm excited to finally have real-time inventory tracking and balance sheet access. Shout out to Sam, Alex, and Zoe!

Finaloop is phenomenal. Support is fast. The development team is clearly talented. UI is dynamite. Real-time books have never been so easy. It's a software that a CEO/Founder like myself enjoys signing into. In turn, this improves my financial awareness of my business, allowing me to make better decisions. A breath of fresh air after moving off of QuickBooks. I am super excited to see the Finaloop team continue to build on top of this already strong platform.

Finaloop has been a game changer for our business. With only two of us wearing many hats within the organization, finding ways to optimize our time is crucial. With Finaloop, I am now able to pass off almost all of our accounting work, saving me 20+ hours a month of bookkeeping. This has allowed us to focus more on growing the business and managing higher leverage activities. Not only is Finaloop incredible and Bookkeeping, they excel when it comes to tax time. What used to take me days of reconciliation and back-and-forth with our CPA now only takes a few hours. I recommend Finaloop to everyone who wants an easy solution for better accounting practices!

Finaloop has been nothing short of amazing. Bookkeeping used to be a giant headache and the books were almost always closed weeks after the close of the month. Now with Finaloop I have 100% accurate books daily and barely have to lift a finger. I highly recommend their services.

Finaloop is absolutely fantastic. After struggling with Xero + A2X and going through multiple bookkeepers that clearly didn't understand ecommerce, inventory, or accrual accounting, Finaloop was such a breath of fresh air. I can't recommend them enough.

We looked through many accounting software options. Legacy companies are all insanely expensive not built with an e-commerce first approach. Finaloop has all of the features of the most expensive platforms and more using their AI tech for a fraction of the price. Customer service and account managers are responsive in a timely manner and always resolve any questions or issues we have. Highly recommend.

I don't care about the app - I just care about my books being handled accurately while I run my business. They seem to be unable to handle AR on orders received through Shopify. If you process orders (wholesale especially) that are paid later through stripe, check, anything that isn't shopify payment processing, they are unable to handle it. It's almost as though they haven't seen the situation before where balances move out of AR once they're paid. I've been working with support for over a month trying to get this clean for 2023 taxes - well after I paid for the full "cleanup" to move onto their system - and the numbers are still way off. The kicker is that I keep getting messages from their support about things I need to do manually in order to classify and clear transactions. If I wanted to do my own bookkeeping, I would do it on QB for less. As for "real time" advertised, the following quote is the text that's been on my year-end closing page for quite some time. How does this meet the hands-off, real-time ecommerce accounting service that's advertised? "Our team will review the inputs. The process takes up to 2-4 weeks after all data is provided, but it can sometimes take as little as a few days. We will update you if additional info is required."

I am updating my review. Out of frustration on my last review, which was not really the issue on Finaloop but with my banks. Finaloop has gone above and beyond to rectify this for me. I really love the interface and overall seamless integration. They have the best customer support and are there to help. Thank you again Finaloop team.

Truly amazing! I don't review much and will sound like a fanboy here because I am. I want to help these guys all I can because they are great. Finaloop is MADE FOR ECOMMERCE. Not only is Finaloop a very well designed app with an intuitive, deceptively simple UI that makes it a breeze to use, it's also a FULL FLEDGED bookkeeping and accounting system that replaces QuickBooks, Xero, etc.! We've been looking for a QBO alternative for years - Finaloop is not only an alternative - it is FAR SUPERIOR. And that's not all! Finaloop is a real accounting firm so they can literally become your accounting department and even do your (US business) taxes! Your books are monitored by a full staff of human accountants that are always there to help! Finaloop has revolutionized our bookkeeping/accounting by removing all the stress, reducing bookkeeping time to a few minutes a month (!!) and providing reports that we can trust.
