One of the best customer support teams I've had the pleasure of working with. If you're considering it, dive right in. Hands down the best financial app I've used, and is WAY easier to use and WAY less hectic than quickbooks

To say I was frustrated with Quickbooks was an understatement. All of the things that old horse was terrible at — syncing with Shopify, Amazon, Faire and Chase— Finaloop does with ease. Because it's built for a modern e-commerce stack, it has allowed me to reduce my monthly bookkeeping costs by $400/month. I was skeptical of the service before I started, but their team is very responsive and helpful! I wish I'd started this years ago.

I have been a mired mess of numbers since I launched my shop. I HATED Quickbooks. I thought capturing and categorizing was all I needed to do. But no, there was more manual stuff like reconciling bank statements and spreadsheets from Amazon, Etsy, Shopify and other sites for the accountant. By year 6, my books gave my accountant a headache because I had grown, sold more items that were not tracked in QB, (why didn't Shopify and QB sync?) my books were just impossible because I hadn't fixed it from the first year. I'm a solopreneur who is a creative - so this admin stuff is a drag to me, but I know it's gotta get done. Frustrated, I searched for a plug in. I knew Shopify had 3rd party partners and that's when I saw the reviews for FINALOOP. It was cheaper than QB and there was a 14 day trial period. I connected my accounts and selling platforms, and the AI categorized recognizable entries! The unclear entries I had to enter, but then the AI knows how to handle it for the next sync. OMG, I wish I had found Finaloop sooner!!! If you're not sure about Finaloop, don't hesitate. The team is super responsive and eager to help!

Wow just wow! This tool saves hoursssss of work and more importantly, its real-time COGS feature makes it a must-have for any ecom operator. It's actually the best and most important tool next to triple whale and Shopify. It's also cheaper than having a bookkeeper. It's actual real-time financials in an ecom biz... which is all but nonexistent except with this tool. Don't walk run to switching from QBO or whatever you are using. Your bookkeeper will tell you 'they are not sure if you should' but they are wrong. Switch switch switch switch!!! The team is awesome and so attentive. You get answers to questions in hours or 24 hours max.

Finaloop has provided a HUGE improvement to our bookkeping process and visibility to detailed P&L information across all channels. Saves us time and money from previous needs for a bookkeeper, spreadsheets and lots of manual analysis. Their team is fantastic and helped get us up and running and synced up in no time. Finaloop has been one of the best investments we've made in our financial tech stack. It easily connects with all of our banks, credit cards, Shopify and Amazon accounts and takes the guesswork out of bookkeeping. It's been a huge relief knowing that we are finally using a system that understands eCommerce finance. I'd give this app 10 stars if I could :)

I wish I found Finaloop earlier so that I would not have to waste time/money on QBO. This App is designed for e-commerce, the integration with other e-Commerse platforms like Amazon, Shopify, is phenomenal. The backend accountants are also very responsive. Although there is time zone difference(they are mostly in Israel I believe) , they reply to me as soon as they get my message (which I usually get first thing the next day if it’s in the afternoon). Highly recommend to someone who is looking for eCommerce Accounting solutions.

Best accounting software there is. If you have any sort of physical inventory, using Finaloop is a must!!

WORTH IT. I wasted so much time and money trying to figure out Quickbooks and was so frustrated by how overcomplicated it was. All it took was one minute poking around Finaloop and I realized: it's not me, it's Quickbooks. Finaloop is SO MUCH EASIER to use, super accurate, super user-friendly, and designed for ecomm. Sure, it's more expensive, but the cost of your time--and not having an accurate picture of your finances--is much more costly.

Every brand should be using Finaloop. The real-time data and seamless bookkeeping they provide make being able to make operating your business, and accurate financial decisions much easier. The sooner you start using it, the better.

Since I launched my business I have said so many times, "there must be a Quickbooks-equivalent for Shopify/D2C merchants" because using QB as a D2C business is horrific and not of this era. Enter Finaloop! This is the perfect accounting software solution. Has already saved me time and made me breathe easier; team is also awesome! Loving it so far. One of the best platforms I have used for automated Bookkeeping. Took me 15 minutes to set up and I had accurate books in less than 36 hours. Im shocked every brand is not using this platform yet. Only a matter of time.

We made the leap to use Finaloop for our accounting and its been a big improvement. They are technically savvy and have a grasp of accounting. They are continuously adding features. It did take effort to move over our old books but they held our hand along the way, were patient and made it worth our while.
