Findify is a pretty simple and neat search tool. It was very easy to implement it. Searching products on our website is now quite easy!

Good search is so important for any shop with large inventories. Findify has done a great job in helping our customers find what they're looking for as Shopify's builtin search simply doesn't cut it. When we had a technical issue, their support team was super helpful in getting things fixed. Definitely give it a try. The free (lite) plan is a no-risk opportunity and gives you a good idea of what kind of impact it will have on your shop before upgrading to the paid plans.

They claim that the search updates twice a day. I currently have 3 day old sale prices still being displayed. Sometimes the search result simply pulls all items so hundreds of products show. Hands down the biggest flaw with this service is how slow it is to update. Just today we had to issue $85 in coupon codes because their broken search is showing prices that are from a sale that ended days ago. Updating twice a day is not enough, it should update at least four times a day and we should get to choose those times. When the search works it works great but this app has to many flaws.

Great product, we're currently on the free plan but we will definitely consider upgrading once our new website takes off. Easy to use, my one suggestion would be to allow free users to use a couple of the paid for services, i think it would really help prove to them that its worth upgrading your plan.

Great app, simple to setup and use, does exactly as it's supposed to. Dashboard is clean and beautiful. App scales and can be customized with minimal effort. The Findify Team are great people, helpful, attentive and there to guide you. Highly recommended.

Easy to use. But doesn't always find theproduct, even if I type it in verbatim or type in the vendor. Have to tweak it a lot to get it to work.
