Findify provides the best customer service hands down. They are very responsive and prioritize all of our requests in a timely manner. We are more than satisfied with this app.

Love this all in one merchandising solution, great search functions, automated category listing merch based on metafields rules, product recommenders.

Findify has helped our store's search function tremendously. Their team is super easy to work with, responsive, and insightful. Their tool is constantly improving and updating to fit our store's needs.

Wow! Where has this app been all my Shopify life? This is really a premium app! It makes navigating a large store like mine a breeze. And it is FREE depending on usage. It takes a while to download the app, but once it is up and running, it is amazing! This is a MUST HAVE if you have a large inventory! The support is also great. I was able to reach their team on Christmas. How's that for service! I'm really impressed.

Very good plugin: extensive, a lot of functionality and features, very customizable and configurable Also very good support - had some issues with integration and they promptly pointed me towards the sources of the issues, 3 times in a row

Had to change some CSS, After i learned how to do it. I realized i need to contact support to get it fixed. Support was VERY fast and VERY helpful. With in 3 hours the issue was resolved. Great search function, might be the most powerful search app.

Great app - Been our sites backbone since 2017. We found Findify offers a very speedy set of suggestions and products images based upon just a few letters being typed.

This is an awesome app. The search box from shopify is really a basic one which is fine but this app here is just awesome. It works so well and how it displayed....very nice. The intergration is super easy....actually too easy. You gotta do nothing just add it to your app collection and it does the rest. I can highly recommend this app to everyone. The support team is also very friendly and fast. You gotta try it to expierence this app how good it is.

Update: App is no longer free and paid plan outrageously expensive. We will not be using this anymore. We use the free plan and since installing this advance search app, customers can now easily find what they are looking for on our website.

We have only recently started using the Findify solution, but so far the search results are far more feature-rich that others we have evaluated. This will likely become our go-to search app!

I am on the Lite Plan, which is free, but even then I am AMAZED at this app. My search is soooo much better. Before, Shopify used to tell me that customers couldn't find what they were looking for because of simple spelling errors, but thanks to this app, that problem is SOLVED. Definitely recommend if you want to improve the search function on your store. :)
