omg. 15 cent per add to cart. i was billed so high for a month this is a scam
While Fit Quiz was installed on your shop, 57% of all orders (in supported categories) were made after using the app and with the recommended size. Sales conversion with Fit Quiz was 233% higher than without it. You gained $14 in revenue for every $1 spent on Fit Quiz. Our pricing is fully transparent. Usage fees are clearly displayed when you activate the subscription, accept the terms in Shopify admin, and on the "Billing" page at any time after installation. There are no hidden fees. Usage charges only occur when a shopper uses Fit Quiz and adds the recommended size to their cart. You can view all such cases directly in the app at any time. The app functioned without any technical or other issues while it was installed. It's unfortunate you didn't check the analytics dashboard to see Fit Quiz's positive effect or reach out to us with any questions about pricing and usage fees. Nevertheless, we're glad that Fit Quiz had such a great impact on your business and will be happy to help should you decide to try it again.
