Easysize do not operate in good faith. Disappointed with how EasySize handles billing. We escalated beyond support and still got nowhere. For a tool aimed at Shopify businesses, the customer care around renewals is a real red flag. Would not recommend based on our experience. Save yourself and don’t touch this app. I've now seen other reviews relating to the same thing. Wish I saw this beforehand. Stay away from the app
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our team has been in direct communication with you to address these concerns. We also contacted you before the annual plan renewed but did not receive a response. The plan renewed under the agreed terms, and the app remained active for several months before you requested a refund. During this time, we also provided additional services at no charge to support the account. We couldn't approve a full refund for the extended usage because of the timing and the agreed billing terms. All charges followed the billing agreement accepted for the account. We understand this wasn't the resolution you wanted. If you would like to discuss the account history further, our support team remains available.
Really recommend both the app & the developer / support team behind it- we've used this for a number of years and we've been really impressed with how well the app works for us and how user friendly it is.
Amazing customer service. Julia is above and beyond. This is what is needed to keep apps alive. We can basically create most with AI now, but if the app is cheap and customisable, even with own vibe coding making it difficult, then I stay. And I stay. Most apps I delete now. Some are complicated and must wait, but this app is awesome for our complicated set up. Good job.
Customer service has been exceptional — Julia and the team are quick to respond and always proactive with suggestions. The app integrates cleanly into our custom Shopify theme without interfering with the design or performance. We've seen a genuine uptick in conversion since installing Fit Quiz and have just upgraded to the Premium plan. Highly recommend for any fashion brand looking to reduce size-related returns and improve the buying experience.
