The plan renewed under the agreed terms, and the app remained active for several months before you requested a refund. During this time, we also provided additional services at no charge to support the account. We couldn't approve a full refund for the extended usage because of the timing and the agreed billing terms. All charges followed the billing agreement accepted for the account. We understand this wasn't the resolution you wanted. If you would like to discuss the account history further, our support team remains available.

When you reached out over the weekend, our team replied within half an hour in live chat and followed up by email, though that email bounced back and we didn't hear from you. Our records show the app was used for about 20 minutes, which is normally enough time for shops to configure and launch it, so clearly something went wrong here and we'd like the chance to help fix that. To clarify the other points in your review, you were on a free trial and were never charged. If you did see any charges on your account, we'd welcome the opportunity to review them and resolve the matter right away. On languages, Fit Quiz supports 20 languages, all of which can be accessed and configured directly in the app under Design → Translations, so no separate setup is required. We take customer feedback seriously and are happy to get everything properly set up on your website.

We take pricing concerns seriously, and we also want to ensure you are getting ROI from using the app. Fit Quiz operates on a flat base plan paired with a 15-cent fee per add-to-cart recommendation, which is detailed during setup and approved through Shopify's billing system. We never apply charges outside of what a merchant explicitly approves in their admin or after the cancellation. We tried to contact you to offer a partial refund in good faith, but your email bounced and was inactive. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive an invoice that is much higher than expected. We have been in direct communication and reviewed the billing records and screenshots provided. There appears to be some confusion between the Fit Quiz charge and other charges included on the Shopify invoice that were not related to our app. The records available to Easysize showed a Fit Quiz subscription charge that matched the plan approved through Shopify. The price did not change during the 3 months the app was used, and we could not identify any additional Fit Quiz charges. Our team offered to review the full invoice and help re-integrate the app for the rest of the paid subscription period. We have also offered a partial refund in good faith but didn't hear back. We take billing concerns seriously and remain available to review any additional information.

We’re sorry Fit Quiz did not work as expected during your test. We reviewed the store setup and found that the products were marked as standard true to size with minimal sensitivity, without a custom sizing model. Fit Quiz uses several factors when making a recommendation, including the sizing model, sensitivity settings, product details, and the shopper’s usual size. Height also has less influence on a recommendation for a t-shirt than it would for an item such as pants. Fit Quiz includes controls for the text, colors, fonts, icons, spacing, mobile styling, and button placement. The app was uninstalled approximately 15 minutes after setup, before our team had an opportunity to help adjust the recommendation settings or product-page placement. We would be happy to work through the setup directly if you decide to test Fit Quiz again.
