FlavorCloud has been super helpful for us to get our international orders out the door easily. They allow the customer to include duties and taxes up front so that they aren't surprised with an extra charge before they can get their product. The team is great at communicating and are quick to respond to any issues. We really enjoy working with them!

We couldn’t be happier with Flavor Cloud. They make international shipping a breeze (words I never thought I would say). They eliminate the stress of having to deal with customs speed bumps, their rates are reasonable, shipments are all easily tracked, and the up-front payment of duties and taxes mean our customers get their product that much faster and don’t receive any expensive surprise fee’s upon delivery. The few problems we’ve had have been short lived as the Flavor Cloud team is very quick to respond to emails and help resolve the issue. Excellent customer service! The user interface of the app becomes intuitive after a short learning curve and you can tell they’re working hard to refine the experience. All in all, a top-notch international shipping service!

This app is amazing. It gives us great rates on FedEx Express for shipments to Canada and globally. We've definitely seen our volume of international shipment increase as a result. Most importantly, this app allows us to collect and pay duty upfront, giving transparency to the customer and preventing delays in customs. The app autogenerates customs forms for each shipment so we simply have to print and ship. And whenever we've had any questions on international shipments, the support team is very responsive and helped resolve things in a short time frame allowing us to respond to our customers in a very timely way. This is very important for our customer service team. Definitely give this app a try! There's a small learning curve to get things set up but once you are using it on the regular you'll be stoked.

I use this app to ship out our international orders. It's very helpful because the customer pays for the shipping label and duty charges up front so there is no surprise fee when they receive their package. The only thing I would say is to make sure all of your HS codes are up to date one very single item on your website or else it will not charge the customer duty fees and you could be looking at spending a lot of money to get the order shipped to them. Hoping that HS codes will be more automatic in the future!

Great App for shipping internationally! Customers are made aware of the import duties they will owe at checkout so no more suprises when they receive our product. The international rates are some of the best we have found and the customer support we received has been fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Flavorcloud. Rathna responded to our inquiry within moments, and we were fully functional by EOD. Flavorcloud has completely transformed our international shipping business. We use a 3PL and previously were unable to have tracking and duty information relay directly to the customer upon checkout and shipment. With this app those issues are no more. Now our customer can see a shipping service rate with the rate for shipping and duties clearly shown at checkout, AND they're getting better express shipping options. Additionally, it's really easy for our 3PL to print out the paperwork needed to ship out the packages, saving us all time and fees. The back end is transparent and data is easily exportable. Lastly, the customer service is top notch. Rathna and her team have been available 24/7 for any issues that have come up and have quickly addressed them with prompt communication. Great app. Great service and always improving. Love it!
