Flavorcloud has made our international shipping SO much easier.. There is no longer any confusion about duties/VAT and the rates are also better. Now that our customers are aware of this simplicity and clear communication our international orders have increased significantly. Biñho Worldwide!!

This app is insane! I can't believe that I have been able to set up international shipping in my store within 2 weeks after opening. The team was very professional and actually helped with a live setup in my store. My store is currently sold out, but I will give an update when I start fulfilling international orders. If you are looking for international shipping, look no further.

This system is a game changer for us. As our COO, I have used many shipping services and understand how "it all works." To have an app that installs quickly to give real time quotes based on country and service is really great and easy. I would say what it comes down to is cost, and the shipping costs are much lower than our old services. There's 2 services, standard and express and they quote out all of their carriers (post, fedex, ups, dhl, etc) based on the "lanes" and the destination country. Long story short, it's worth installing and trying it out. It's easy to work with and the costs are a game changer. Hope that helps

I would highly recommend flavor cloud for international check out. The app was super simple to integrate and the company provided excellent support by walking us through each step of the way. The technology/platform itself is user friendly. Also, if I ever have any questions their team is on top of it. They respond very quickly and are always super pleasant to work with!

We had been struggling with the complexity of international orders for some time - it was a real problem given that @50% of the business was from outside the US. FlavorCloud was a great solution for us - we were live in 24 hrs and were able to ship orders straight away. The customer experience is very good and creates consumer confidence in the checkout and reduces post shipment Customer Service. The operator interface is intuitive allowing for ease of shipping and the creation of tailored programs & promotions. The economics look good and we are more profitable given the increased conversion, lack of CS and reduced shipping rates (all of which more than offsets the fees, which are on an order basis so no fixed costs). Great app and great team who support us - highly recommended.

No technology is perfect - let's be real here. No product ever is. However, it always comes down to service. We were in a pinch and needed cost estimates for a brand new product that wasn't live on our site yet, and really needed their help ASAP. Their team stepped up and gave us the estimates BEFORE end of business day, same day, after hearing our urgency. We've had other instances with issues with refunds and processing, and through diligent communication, they addressed the issues immediately with sincere apologies for miscommunications that occurred. We are all human in the end - and so, it comes down to service. Flavorcloud is a fantastic service and a great team.

FlavorCloud enabled us to start shipping anywhere without the headaches of figuring out customs, duties etc. Since international customers can see the total cost without talking to us, it saves us all the time we previously wasted making quotes for people who then did not buy. The total prices are better than any other service I researched. Help and training were easy to get and they treat us like they really care about our business.

GREAT customer service. App provides clear and helpful information to our customers explaining the combining of shipping costs + duties and taxes. I have recommended this app to other Shopify users. Only issue: Unfortunately, it will not let you use the platform to make shipments other than the orders pulled from your store. Sometimes we combine orders for bulk shipments and have to use a different carrier for that :/

FlavorCloud has been super helpful for us to get our international orders out the door easily. They allow the customer to include duties and taxes up front so that they aren't surprised with an extra charge before they can get their product. We couldn’t be happier with Flavor Cloud. They make international shipping a breeze (words I never thought I would say). They eliminate the stress of having to deal with customs speed bumps, their rates are reasonable, shipments are all easily tracked, and the up-front payment of duties and taxes mean our customers get their product that much faster and don’t receive any expensive surprise fee’s upon delivery. The few problems we’ve had have been short lived as the Flavor Cloud team is very quick to respond to emails and help resolve the issue. Excellent customer service! The user interface of the app becomes intuitive after a short learning curve and you can tell they’re working hard to refine the experience. All in all, a top-notch international shipping service!

This app is amazing. It gives us great rates on FedEx Express for shipments to Canada and globally. We've definitely seen our volume of international shipment increase as a result. Most importantly, this app allows us to collect and pay duty upfront, giving transparency to the customer and preventing delays in customs. The app autogenerates customs forms for each shipment so we simply have to print and ship. And whenever we've had any questions on international shipments, the support team is very responsive and helped resolve things in a short time frame allowing us to respond to our customers in a very timely way. This is very important for our customer service team. Definitely give this app a try! There's a small learning curve to get things set up but once you are using it on the regular you'll be stoked.

I use this app to ship out our international orders. It's very helpful because the customer pays for the shipping label and duty charges up front so there is no surprise fee when they receive their package. The only thing I would say is to make sure all of your HS codes are up to date one very single item on your website or else it will not charge the customer duty fees and you could be looking at spending a lot of money to get the order shipped to them. Hoping that HS codes will be more automatic in the future!

Great App for shipping internationally! Customers are made aware of the import duties they will owe at checkout so no more suprises when they receive our product. The international rates are some of the best we have found and the customer support we received has been fast and helpful. Highly recommend!
