The app is amazing. It has provided our clients with clarity on their orders and account as the layout is wonderful and so easy to view. This has reduced the amount of calls regarding clients' accounts. But what makes this app really stand out is the team behind it. Within 3 days of installing the app, they have seamlessly integrated another app we use, and even improved upon it's layout for us. Amazing! Thank you so very much!! We've needed something like this for a long time! Glad we've got it now. It's really helpful for our customers to be able to see past order details without having to "drill in", and also to re-order easily. Flits customized the page for us so that we have Bold subscriptions access from this page as well, and we added a SMILE loyalty rewards permalink. That one doesn't work as well as we'd like (it fires up the site home page in a separate window) but it was enough for us to be ready for launching in our new theme and we'll work out the kinks over time I'm sure. If you're fastidious about spelling and such like I am, you'll see some flaws, but the functionality trumps everything for us right now. Customer service has been very good. Special shout out to Milind. Service is not instantaneous, but it has been consistently prompt and thorough. They were also very patient and polite when I was complaining about an issue that turned out to be my own fault.

I sell a product that is frequently re-ordered so I was looking for an app to make is easier for my customers to do just that. I had a small issue with the installing the code and Flits customer support was very quick to resolve it. I love the way my customer accounts page looks now and highly recommend this app!

I had originally given a low review, however after speaking with and working with customer service, I upgraded as their customer services is fantastic. Any issue they were able to fix, they were able to make changes to some of the things I asked. Very pleased. The app for the backend is a good app and works well.

The app is great and the support team is AMAZING! They were extremely helpful with getting everything set up on our storefront and dialed in just the way we want it. Flits is a comprehensive customer portal management app that has allowed us to integrated rewards, subscriptions, order details, and referrals into a single unified platform. Excited to see what features they roll out next!

I finally found a Shopify app that enables customization of the customer account setup without fully custom building it. The team has been quite helpful in making some tweaks to my setup and the tutorials they have available are super helpful as well. Definitely recommended :-)

Great experience so far since installation, the customisation is adequate and the end user experience is worlds apart from the stock experience from Shopify! Support has been efficient and my requests have been fulfilled normally within a couple of hours! Excellent! I'm using 3rd party apps for the wishlist and rewards scheme and they happily integrated them into my accounts section with no issues just the way I requested. Thank you everyone at Flits :)

I have used this on a couple of the stores that I run now for the store credit function as well as the nicer customer account page it creates and it works great. On this particular site I had some custom changes that I was hoping for to make the optimal customer experience on my store store since it is run a little differently. I didn't know if it would be possible, but the Flits team has quickly assisted me with these customization's and I could not be more thrilled.

Excellent customer service. I needed the wishlist to specifically appear to the right of my add-to-cart button and I didn't know how to do that myself. Their dev team was quick and got the job done. And I'm very excited to see how well the app improve my conversion rate. I've installed several wishlist apps, but I feel that this is one of the best and most economical! Definitely give these guys a try!
