Great App, one of the best out there. Make a complete makeover of your customer's account, and not only that. I would go as far as to say Flits has THE BEST SUPPORT TEAM I have ever worked with.

Flits has an amazing customer service! I have been working with them for a week now to customize the app and Ankit always responds the very next day, communicates very clearly and his team makes all the requested changes carefully. These guys offer an amazing app, and their support service is awesome! Since trialing the app the guys have been very responsive and accomodating to my requests, which is not usually provided by others during a trial period. The integration was easy and worked as it should, and it even integrated with our Ajax slide cart. Very impressed by this app, and our customers will really enjoy using the re-order features of the customer account page. Thanks guys!

The Flits app is a great addition to our store. It allows us to seamlessly integrate social login for our customers and also allows customers to easily reorder a product, track their orders, and many more things right from the account. The set up makes the login page look a lot more beautiful too. Customer service is also top notch.

We've tried a ton of apps over the last 10 years and the one thing that you learn is that customer/technical support is equally as important as the functionality. I rarely leave reviews, but when a company like this goes above and beyond as they have for us, I feel compelled to do so. I wanted to add an app to my new store that would allow customers to use their FB accounts to login and also save products to Wishlist. This app does this and more. But where they really shine is on customer service, these people will treat your store with the same level of care that you do.

La meilleure application sur Shopify et loin devant, de part son offre et la qualité de son service client. Un grand merci au support toujours réactif. Nous avons rencontré de nombreuses difficultés lors de la création de notre site et d'avoir installé Flits nous a réconcilié avec l'environnement Shopify. Nous avons maintenant un compte client complet qui intègre fidélité / parrainage / anniversaire , etc ... Si vous voulez proposer une version de compte client plus qualitative que le "basic " de shopify ( très décevant) , c'est obligatoirement avec Flits . Un grand merci !

I use this app to manage the orders of my clients. Amazing app. the perfect complement for a lot of orders and different products. If you are looking for something to manage the reorders and the total of the products that a client orders... Stop looking: THIS IS IT! The app is amazing. It has provided our clients with clarity on their orders and account as the layout is wonderful and so easy to view. This has reduced the amount of calls regarding clients' accounts. But what makes this app really stand out is the team behind it. Within 3 days of installing the app, they have seamlessly integrated another app we use, and even improved upon it's layout for us. Amazing! Thank you so very much!! We've needed something like this for a long time! Glad we've got it now. It's really helpful for our customers to be able to see past order details without having to "drill in", and also to re-order easily. Flits customized the page for us so that we have Bold subscriptions access from this page as well, and we added a SMILE loyalty rewards permalink. That one doesn't work as well as we'd like (it fires up the site home page in a separate window) but it was enough for us to be ready for launching in our new theme and we'll work out the kinks over time I'm sure. If you're fastidious about spelling and such like I am, you'll see some flaws, but the functionality trumps everything for us right now. Customer service has been very good. Special shout out to Milind. Service is not instantaneous, but it has been consistently prompt and thorough. They were also very patient and polite when I was complaining about an issue that turned out to be my own fault.

I sell a product that is frequently re-ordered so I was looking for an app to make is easier for my customers to do just that. I had a small issue with the installing the code and Flits customer support was very quick to resolve it. I love the way my customer accounts page looks now and highly recommend this app!
