The support team is not only prompt in responding to my inquiry but also incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate their dedication to providing top-notch customer support, which truly sets this app apart from the rest. It's evident that the team cares about its users and is committed to delivering a smooth and enjoyable experience.

DO NOT USE. if you need account authentication at all whatsoever, this app completely blocks reCAPTCHA from working. Per shopify customer support --> "When reCAPTCHA v2 is engaged, the customer is referred to the 'Challenge' page. This page is not hosted in Shopify theme files or Admin - it is provided and managed by Google. Once the challenge has been successfully completed, the redirect looks for the customer account page. In this case, it looks like when that page is blank the fallback is to route back to the customer account login page. I have also confirmed that other third-party customer account apps have a similar issue with v2 redirect. The problem is that Google's reCAPTCHA challenge page overrides the app's redirect settings, looks for the .liquid it is expecting, and then loops back to the login page. You can consider customizing the customers/account.liquid file, instead of using third-party apps to provide your customer account features. Or, you may be able to request a custom version of the customer account apps that can be recognized by the reCAPTCHA challenge page redirect. Google does offer development documentation: Google Dev Support : reCAPTCHA Developer's Guide / Verifying the user's response." This issue created over 1000 fake accounts and took heavily involving shopify plus customer support to rectify. This app in general is not good. Very limited customization, almost nothing in custom CSS. Not only that but there is a lot better apps for the money that do not cause the recaptcha issue. Ditch this app and go with something else.

I can assign a dedicated developer to fulfill your requirements. An app with great functionality, but I especially want to highlight the work of the technical support team, I had special requests regarding the design of product cards and menus items, they quickly fulfilled my task. This is the best support I have ever worked with. I recommend this plugin!

Trie this app, it wasn't for me. I wasn't going to write a review, but decided to because the app doesn't delete its own code after being removed, which causes several large .js issues on my site.

We've been with Flits for 4 or 5 years and have been happy with our experience. There have been a few "glitches" along the way but they always have helped resolve them in a timely manner so it wasn't too disruptive to our business. We definitely recommend them!

This app is everything our store was looking for regarding an accounts page. Definitely gives a more professional accounts page look compared to the basic Shopify account page. Support is fast and efficient with fulfilling our request/help. Thank you Bhargav for the amazing help!

Great customer service. I used Flits with the integration of Return Prime to take care of my account pages and returns. The flits team added the return prime button for me in less than a business day. Highly recommend!

There are few words one can use to describe the customer service they receive from Flits. I could not have asked more of Ankit, Manmeet, and Vaibhav. No issues with communication. Iterations of some custom work were turned around lighting fast. Thank you and my customers thank you.

We recently added Flits to our store with the Wishlist capacity. We had a few requests back and forth with their support team, including some custom branding. They have been extremely responsive, helpful, and capable with managing our requests! We would highly recommend this app and team.

I recently had an issue that needed to be resolved quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and helpful the team was. They fixed the problem really fast and responded to my inquiries almost instantly. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get everything sorted out.
