Really good app that takes a pretty useless login page and turns it into something that gives customers all the information they could need. We recently updated the theme to Duo - Vaibhav and Hasti were both super helpful and the process was very smooth. Great app with great support. Well worth the small cost.

Great customer service. I used Flits with the integration of Return Prime to take care of my account pages and returns. The flits team added the return prime button for me in less than a business day. Highly recommend!

There are few words one can use to describe the customer service they receive from Flits. I could not have asked more of Ankit, Manmeet, and Vaibhav. No issues with communication. Iterations of some custom work were turned around lighting fast. Thank you and my customers thank you.

We recently added Flits to our store with the Wishlist capacity. We had a few requests back and forth with their support team, including some custom branding. They have been extremely responsive, helpful, and capable with managing our requests! We would highly recommend this app and team.

I recently had an issue that needed to be resolved quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and helpful the team was. They fixed the problem really fast and responded to my inquiries almost instantly. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get everything sorted out. Not only that, Manmeet Agarwal was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I was really impressed with the level of service I received and would highly recommend this app! Thanks again!

Mobile layout is shifted off screen, custom color scheme is incorrect on some tabs, very little customizability, for example disabling the Good Morning! message or the clock. It's an account page, it doesn't need a clock. I don't know how this has such good reviews.

I just installed this FLITS app last week. I have always been looking for a more professional looking customer account page where customers could have access to all of their information in one spot. The professional look of the account page on this app is great. I was able to add links to pages with customer support information that has been really helpful and customize the look and feel the way I wanted to help increase the look and feel of our brand. I had to reach out to customer service for a couple of things that I wanted setup a certain way and the customer service was prompt, responsive and very helpful. I wish they had integrations already built with a couple of other apps I already use but hopefully that will come on their roadmap sometime in the near future. If you are looking for a better alternative to the basic Shopify account page, I would definitely recommend this app for you to try out.
