Great app for follow up emails. We send "thank you" and "Please Review" emails. Love how it pulls the precise item and inserts into the email. Very helpful.

This is one of my favourite apps on Shopify. I've been using this for about two weeks and have seen remarkable results for our abandoned cart and lapsed customer emails. What I like the most is the excellent service - I've been chatting with the CEO, Michael, using their in-app live chat functionality and he is super prompt in resolving all our issues. Whether it's email best practices, analytics and tips, we always hear from him directly in a few hours!

I was looking for an automated email option that was easy to use and was reasonably priced for a small business. After installing and deleting a couple of other email apps I found this app was exactly what I was after. The templates make it super easy to format your message or you can dive deeper with more customization if needed. Their customer service is outstanding and they get back to you quickly if you have questions. For the price and the time spent creating the emails, you can't go wrong with this app.

Absolutely awesome support! Needed some customization to add tags in and they had it done before they said they would. I have 10 campaigns running on this program. Great support, great app!

Awesome app! I wish I had installed it years ago. We worked hard to get our product reviews accepted by Google Merchant Center and now that we have this software we can make sure all our customers have an incentive to leave us honest reviews. We were able to have the software backtrack a few months and it sent out 500 requests for reviews, and now we have it on auto-pilot so it will email customers after 1 week to ask what they liked about their orders. We also replaced our abandoned checkout app with this one. EXCELLENT!

Super easy to use. Lets me know my customers are receiving communications that are pertinent to them without me having to worry about anything!

This app is fantastic and the support team is even better. Not only does the app do exactly what we needed, but the support team helped us through some issues specific to our business. I highly recommend Follow Up Email.

Now here is a team that knows its business! I'm actually blown away by how they are able to see things exactly from a shop owners point of view to proactively introduce new features every now and then which keep adding to this already nifty little tool. Set it up and forget about it - it's like having your own personal butler to engage with your guests while you're busy attending to other stuff. Try it out - this is good stuff!

This has increased our sales so I'm very happy with Follow Up Email. We find we don't need to send the two week follow up as people usually purchase by the 1 week follow up (so we deleted the 2 week follow-up email option). It's been great for customer feedback too... We have had customers reply to the follow up email explaining why they didn't purchase, and when we fix the problem they usually go on to make a purchase.

When I say that I did a LOT of research before committing to this app, I mean it. Checked all competing apps on Shopify, compared features, reviews, reviews from active stores - and somehow, Follow-Up Email seemed to be the one whose out-of-the-box functionality was closest to what I needed. Setting it up was easy, results were quick - there was only one test left. How responsive would the team be? Well, turns out there were some clarifications I needed while setting up the mails and Konstantin from the setup/support team was a dream to work with. Will definitely recommend to those looking at automating a lot of their email communication/engagement with members.

We have been using this app for a three months now. Easy to install and customise the set up to your liking which frees your time up to attend to other business matters. I think its the only app available on shopify that allows to fix time/duration of sending emails. This feature helps a lot in acquiring product reviews, sending decent looking welcome emails, etc. Its a good tool to send reminder to customers to stay top on the mind. A lot of stress has gone away after i started using follow up email in terms of customer retention.

Good app to use to send abandoned checkout and review email requests, plus they have other email possibilities. Also, it's possible to customize email templates with your own HTML, which is great if you want to match your emails to your brand, and they provide free plan for startups!
