I used this app to completely automate all of my stores outgoing emails to customers. I cannot express enough how easy this app is to use. The Customer Service team is very helpful and willing to assist with any installation and customisation.

I really like the functionality of this app, it has done exactly what I needed it to do for a fair price. On top of that, I had some issues and their support was extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out and even removed the sending cap until the issue was corrected.

It is ease to use and have a few good features! It is just taking some long to active the automated emails.

We've been using this app to send review requests and it's been awesome. Wish it was more user friendly when editing emails but it's okay.

This App is great for starting up a business. No doubt I will upgrade further down the line. The App guides you through what it recommends, and it will let you also add words in the code for people signing up to emails. I added you can now enter the word SUBSCRIBE to obtain $50 off entire order. Ensure you scroll to the bottom of the page also to press Save if you do this! I am sure you will find this App good too!

Good app get results but app starts to get greedy. First they go to 500 free emails than to 1000 free emails now 300 Free emails and no branding. What is s next?

This app is fantastic. I've been having problems with shopify's auto abandon cart email and came accross this app. At first I hadn't got the settings right so reached out using the apps live chat and the service recieved was outstanding. I recieved real desire to solve my problem and get the app working how it should. Over the moon with the support and really appreciate the help. Will continue to use this app for a long time

Buggy Home (Welcome) page. I can not edit the letter templates. Shows a HTML code page. No reply from support.
First, thanks for trying out our app. We began offering a free plan recently to help stores through COVID-19. While we believe it's the right thing to do, it also means that we're now overwhelmed with questions from everyone who has signed up. And in turn, this means that our response times is slower than usual but we're working furiously to support everyone -- even if it means that we work overtime. As you probably saw, we replied to you around midnight our time, and our team started at 7 am. While we're doing our best, we understand that some customers like yourself may be disappointed in our response times. Honestly speaking, while we would like to continue offering support to everyone on our free plans (even if it's a little slower than usual), we may not be able to do this for much longer if our willingness to offer free plans to help through these tough times actually results in customers being disappointed. Thanks for your patience and understanding. In response to your feedback: 1. The "to dos" on welcome page will automatically update if you turn on those email campaigns. They aren't boxes you check manually. 2. We don't have a "drag and drop" email editor today, but are working on one for the near future. We tried to make this clear in our app's description page. 3. We finally went through our queue of questions from everyone before you and replied to you around midnight our time after starting our day early in the morning. We're doing our best!

This helped me keep our companies name in the back of our customers mind by sending out follow up emails for 2 months , 4 months and 1 year after their purchase!

This app is great. I mean, really great. And so is their customer service. THANK YOU MIKE! We sent in a request and they actually took the time to reply and understand. They provided a quick response and solution to our needs. We look forward to continue using this app. If you have a Shopify store you should be using this Follow Up Email Marketing app.

First of all I'd like to say that this app takes your email marketing to a whole new level without even putting in any effort. This app have saved more than 1000 sales for us so far and we have had record numbers of saved sales with this app this month. the customer service is also great. They can answer any of your questions no matter the difficulty.
