I think its the only app available on shopify that allows to fix time/duration of sending emails. This feature helps a lot in acquiring product reviews, sending decent looking welcome emails, etc. Its a good tool to send reminder to customers to stay top on the mind. A lot of stress has gone away after i started using follow up email in terms of customer retention.

Good app to use to send abandoned checkout and review email requests, plus they have other email possibilities. Also, it's possible to customize email templates with your own HTML, which is great if you want to match your emails to your brand, and they provide free plan for startups!

This plugin is exactly the kind of app I needed for my Shopify site. I have been waiting 2 years for an email extension that has the capability send follow-up emails to our Shopify store's customers based upon conditions such as cart total, paid total, total amount spent, etc... I actually contacted the developers to make a request and they updated the app just for me! Truly amazing customer service. I wish all companies were this good!!! Thank you Konstantin! Great Product, we have seen sale increase because of its use. I would like some more control over if and when emails are sent vs setting the time after an order is created. Give it a try!

Great service from a great app. I was spending heaps of time emailing customers individually after specific product purchases, now Follow Up has saved me time and guaranteed a seamless customer experience. Great work, guys!

This is a good app although I haven't had it long enough to asses it's impact on sales. One star is lost as the images in the abanded cart email are blurry and I don't know why. The text is also bright green and I have been unable to figure out how to change it. Otherwise, very promising features and I look forward to running it longer to see how it impacts the bottom line.

Quick, Easy, Cheap! Ported all our triggered emails over from springbot with no trouble, but great user support for any questions you have. It's kind of hard to believe what a slick bargain it is, without sacrificing any polish or usability.

These guys are veterans of ecommerce extensions. I've used their magento extensions for many years on our websites and many of our clients. It's great to have them developing apps for Shopify now! This follow up email app is a MUST if you're a serious store owner. They even have live chat directly in the app which is super helpful if you have any questions. I have been looking and looking for a simple app that will allow me to send automated emails that are classic and don't look "big box" (which doesn't resonate with our customers). This app has all of the options that I need and more! Thank you so much for providing such a simple and effective tool that is easy to set up and works flawlessly.

A good deal of functionality in the app - provides options for a broad range of e-mail follow ups including cart abandonment, fullfillment, etc.. It's nice that they already have templates built out, so you don't have to type an email from scratch - you can just edit theirs. Also, they have great customer service! The free plan is still valuable - I encourage you to download it and give it a try.

[Update] 5 stars now! The first feature I was missing was actually available. I just didn't find it. Support has been great, so now I understand how it works. The only thing I'm waiting for is lifetime order amount, but this is on the roadmap for the developer, so I'm happy for now! [Old review] This is a great app! It's perfect for the small store or the one that just opened, because it's free for up to 50 emails/month. It's very intuitive and user-friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars (yet) is because it's currently not possible to create your own "recipe". For example. If I want to follow up with a customer in 6 months from now, or if I want to send a discount code to people with a total order amount of over $***, I don't have that option. That would make it the perfect app for me. That said. I tried various different apps to do what this one does, and this one is by far the most user friendly. Keep it up!

We use this app to help us send automated emails to our clients to get their reviews. It's helped us generate a lot of reviews already! The support team is also quick to reply on any help we need and very supportive. And we love the dashboard-clean and simple to use. Keep up the great work!
