We have just started using this apps, hope to utilize it's feature bit further. As start-up business I needed to submit this feedback to get things going. So far it has been useful to send follow-up email to customers, but we didn't dig up enough to see it's full potential. I will review my feedback once again later on once we experience this for a couple of month.

Now here is a team that knows its business! I'm actually blown away by how they are able to see things exactly from a shop owners point of view to proactively introduce new features every now and then which keep adding to this already nifty little tool. Set it up and forget about it - it's like having your own personal butler to engage with your guests while you're busy attending to other stuff. Try it out - this is good stuff!

It is great to be able to automate the process of sending follow up emails. I am still learning how to get the most out of this product but so far I am very satisfied! I look forward to using this app more in the future.

This app has helped me recover many carts that were left at check out. The 20 mins reminder is a great idea. By being able to offer an discount on a 2 day reminder email has really been beneficial to my business.

This has increased our sales so I'm very happy with Follow Up Email. We find we don't need to send the two week follow up as people usually purchase by the 1 week follow up (so we deleted the 2 week follow-up email option). It's been great for customer feedback too... We have had customers reply to the follow up email explaining why they didn't purchase, and when we fix the problem they usually go on to make a purchase.

I love this app! I use it for abandoned cart emails and to follow up with customers who have made purchases, encouraging them to review us, post on on social media, and reach out with any feedback. I love how you can program the emails to be sent at certain time periods after a purchase or when someone abandons a cart. Would be very cool if there was a way to track email opens or clicks back to your web site. Overall I highly recommend!

When I say that I did a LOT of research before committing to this app, I mean it. Checked all competing apps on Shopify, compared features, reviews, reviews from active stores - and somehow, Follow-Up Email seemed to be the one whose out-of-the-box functionality was closest to what I needed. Setting it up was easy, results were quick - there was only one test left. How responsive would the team be? Well, turns out there were some clarifications I needed while setting up the mails and Konstantin from the setup/support team was a dream to work with. Will definitely recommend to those looking at automating a lot of their email communication/engagement with members.

Excellent app - intuitive to use, easy to setup. Good job. (Make sure you edit all the templates and write your own as they default ones are poorly written.)

While I haven't been using the app for long, I have no complaints - It appears to do what it says on the tin. I had to spend some time editing the email templates before use (which isn't a bad thing anyway) in order to make it read a little neater but other than that, I'm happy with it. No complaints!

We have been using this app for a three months now. Easy to install and customise the set up to your liking which frees your time up to attend to other business matters. I think its the only app available on shopify that allows to fix time/duration of sending emails. This feature helps a lot in acquiring product reviews, sending decent looking welcome emails, etc. Its a good tool to send reminder to customers to stay top on the mind. A lot of stress has gone away after i started using follow up email in terms of customer retention.

This app is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to set up and extremely flexible in the customization. I have beautiful looking emails to send out to my clients and having them on a schedule allows me never to have to worry about them or sending them manually. Best app I've used so far!! Thank you!
