Great app! I am using it to send feedback emails to my customers after purchasing specific products and I am getting a lot of valuable feedback. Easy to use and customizable.

Good app to use to send abandoned checkout and review email requests, plus they have other email possibilities. Also, it's possible to customize email templates with your own HTML, which is great if you want to match your emails to your brand, and they provide free plan for startups!

This plugin is exactly the kind of app I needed for my Shopify site. I have been waiting 2 years for an email extension that has the capability send follow-up emails to our Shopify store's customers based upon conditions such as cart total, paid total, total amount spent, etc... I actually contacted the developers to make a request and they updated the app just for me! Truly amazing customer service. I wish all companies were this good!!! Thank you Konstantin! Love this app. Easy to configure and setup. Great for startups because app has no fees. I wish every app would have pricing plans depending on number of sales or customers or visits.

Great Product, we have seen sale increase because of its use. I would like some more control over if and when emails are sent vs setting the time after an order is created. Give it a try!

It is great! We had a few glitches setting it up with our store, but it was not a problem as the Konstantine and his support team sorted it all out really well! It's nice a simply to set up and track.

This App does what I need it to do. It sends a reminder email to customers to request a reviews. Simple to set up and it works.

Absolutely the best solution of all the Follow up apps I tried! Yes I know some users would like a wysiwyg styling option, but if you are into a little coding, it´s perfect! Next thing to add, make the discount code work with bulk discounts app or just a csv file!

Great service from a great app. I was spending heaps of time emailing customers individually after specific product purchases, now Follow Up has saved me time and guaranteed a seamless customer experience. Great work, guys!

A great option for adding more flexibility and control to automated emails. We had a few questions while getting set up and the support team was exceptionally helpful and quickly responded to our inquiries.

Very useful service. I started noticing emails that are getting sent to customers I know nothing about. So far nobody was convinced to complete their orders, but I think one day it will happen. There are a lot of features that Follow Up Email provide. For me I think it is an essential tool to any statup business.

Really great app, was paying a company to manage this before and this is a much better application and easy to use. I highly recommend using the html edits and enhancing the emails even further.

Update: At the 39 a month option you get a lot of emails; and I have recovered some carts; its just there is WAY cheaper options. I left on good terms, just would like to have seen a cheaper option that made sense. Would be much better...with coupon generator - DONE! They added it, so now the app is 100% complete. I dont see how else they could improve the app since it has it now This isnt a bad set up, however one of the biggest flaws is that there is no way to use generated coupons. Now I see this as a problem because we all know that shopify apps use generated dynamic coupons are king. This only uses static. Something like product reviews did it so you can change it and add them as you see fit. This is a dead end in that department.

This is a good app although I haven't had it long enough to asses it's impact on sales. One star is lost as the images in the abanded cart email are blurry and I don't know why. The text is also bright green and I have been unable to figure out how to change it. Otherwise, very promising features and I look forward to running it longer to see how it impacts the bottom line.
