The free version lets you create a form, but does not allow you to see the results when the form is completed. You have to upgrade, which of course makes the "free" plan useless.

Useless and too expensive app. C'mon - you have basically no features in the free version and you want to charge 10 bucks per month for a usage of 2 (!) forms?? Waste of time.

In the beginning this app worked great until recently the app stopped working! When my customer's would fill out the forms on my website I wouldn't get the email. Very inconvenient, caused alot of frustration, and a waiste of time!!!!!
